Manger Melvin and Security Threatening me AMC Grove 14
Hello I booked a ticked for haunted mansion at 7pm on Sunday July 30th 2023
I waited in line then after scanning my ticket I was forced out of line by the security. I asked to the manger . Melvin appeared with security threatening me to leave I wanted my credit movie ticked manger Melvin did not listen or even seem to care . I told him the security who has a weapon was threatening and has threatening now for almost a year . I’ve waged complaints to the former manger as well.
This is completely unacceptable
I’m a AMC investor I follow the rules provided
I have my AMC A List and these two individuals are completely wrong and should not have a job .
I do not feel safe any time this security Guard works . I have also witness in the past inappropriate conduct with women Guest
Touching them and escorting them to their theater while he should be at front.
These women have had looks of discomfort
This individual also has threatened numerous times because I use all my 3 movies a week with the A List .
I have also read out to AMC CEO Adam Aron
This needs to be addressed immediately
I should not of be asked to leave
I should not be mistreated just like anyone else because I’m a Investor .
Please do something about this

AMC theater not refunding Giftcard and movie voucher after cancelling the tickets
I purchased 4 tickets on 17 July 2023 for mission impossible on amc website and then had to cancel. I used 2 movie ticket vouchers with the voucher numbers below:

I went to see Oppenheimer at the Staten Island AMC Theater (IMAX) and there was no air conditioning the entire movie i was sitting in seat number P17.
This was Saturday July 22 the 7:15 pm show and it was very hot 🥵
Also for some reason when the customers go into the IMAX Theater the air conditioning isn’t on we need a supervisor which i never see at this location and maybe a district manager would be nice.
Desired outcome: The air conditioning needs too work especially in this very hot weather, it is the summer.
Concessions broke at Dover De Mall location
Dover De AMC Classic been multiple times and they either don't have popcorn to make or both popcorn and soda machines don't work. Went today Sunday July 23 at 12:35pm and neither popcorn machine or all soda machines worked. Was trying to go to movie for my birthday to use my stubs birthday reward on popcorn which I could not. So now as is end of month it will expire and I won't get to use. Someone needs to get this location in order or it's going to lose business. I left without seeing a movie because of all this.

Took my family to The Americana, went to the AMC Theatres and the customer service was horrible. We have been there before. The 1:45 showing of Oppenheimer was cancled due to your IMAX theater projector breaking down. I was not informed of the cancelation until I got to your theater! I want my money back! This is just one of the Technical problems in this theater in three weeks. No wifi, lines going across the screen. Your nitwit Manager Alex told me I had to get my refund from Fandango, they are giving me problems about it because the movie time has passed. This theater is a joke! Barbie car and doll
Concession sold my son a car in a bag that looked ok in the bag but once pulled out wheels were broken. And doll box was dented. I went to magic johnson movie theater located in manhattan and staff there didn’t want to change it, they said to call corporate. Called AMC located at 34th street where the items were actually purchased at and they said they ran out and won’t give me a refund.
Finally went to empire 25 located in Timesquare and your manager there by the name of MARQUES was absolutely AMAZING. He exchanged both items for me and was polite and understanding. I’m not here to file a complaint. Im making it my business for you guys to acknowledge staff that are doing amazing jobs, while staff in other theaters don’t even come out to speak to you and only communicate through their ear pieces. Just cold. Amc magic johnson theater and 34th street were absolute TRASH in communication. Clapping my hands for Timesquare location and their manager Marques who is theeee man and his coworker @ the register who agreed that he is an absolute sweetheart!
Desired outcome: Change your movie theater workers who have no communication skills….

July 16 around 7:30-9 pm
The man in front of my partner and I was filming the movie I went to security who proceeded to tell the man to stop. A few minutes later he took out his phone again having a blast on social media, looking at lewd photos, answering a phone call, and began vaping. My partner went to management nothing was done I went a third time nothing was done. The fourth time my partner leaned over and kindly asked him to stop. The man then got up and got in face yelling at my partner. Upon leaving the theater to seek management my partner was threatened with a knife and screamed at within an inch of his face. Management and security didn’t do a thing. We had to leave and this man was allowed to stay in the theater. Many violations occurred and quite frankly laws broken. Unacceptable on many levels.
Looks like AMC, apart from being crappy, is investing their money in online trolls (Octatron above) to bully on genuine complaints

Temperature and Random Refunds
I've been hearing a lot of people complaining about your theaters across the country not having any air conditioning in their theaters, specifically for the movie Sound of Freedom. Even turning on the air conditioning when everyone left. I've also been hearing that your specific theaters refunding tickets without any explanation.
I am very curious as to why you all wanted this specific movie experience to be as unenjoyable as possible for people. It really makes me question why I should ever go to your theaters if you can't even make this kind of movie a priority to make sure it gets as much exposure as possible.
I am planning on making a point to tell as many people as possible not to go to AMC theaters again and try going to Cinemark. When I saw the movie last week, we had air conditioning and absolutely no problems with our experience.
Desired outcome: Try being decent people and not trying to sabotage an absolutely excellent movie.
AMC Has NO customer service, even for bogus fee
I had a charge for a premium membership fee that I didn't sign up for. Even my online profile shows that I am a free, basic member, not premium, and there is no credit card on file. Mistakes happen, but the real problem for me is that this company makes it extremely difficult to get help. The number provided is useless-- When you call, it says "telephone support is not available" and tells you to send a message on Facebook or Twitter or send an email. I have no idea how they got my credit card number, and if I provided it at some point and forgot about it, why isn't it on my profile? Why did they charge for a premium membership but my online profile shows basic? And why are they not interested in providing customer service?
I recommend going to another theater company if you have the option. I won't be going back to this again (actually prefer a local chain anyway!)>
Regarding tickets that I was made to turn in and was promised they would be replaced. However, I was never compensated for.
This has been going on for many years now. I was made to turn on courtesy tickets. When I went to use one of tickets at the AMC Magic Johnson Capital Center 12, Boulevard at the Capital Centre, Largo Maryland. I was treated like a criminal and called a thief.
First, the representative I was working with stated make copies of the tickets and email New Techmail - Service Mailbox Incident #[protected]
I made copies and sent via email, after going back and forth I was told to send in the original tickets.
After Linda Garland told the tickets were lost and there was nothing she was going to do. I was also told that she was going to make sure I didn't get anything, they weren't going to do anything about it.
I have been a long-time customer of AMC Theaters. It is so sad to me that I have been treated in this manner. Can we please get this resolved so I can stop bother your theater company/corporation?

The lack of support.
I have been trying to contact AMC on regards to my Stubs Premiere account. The only phone number I could find just advices to email or use social media, which I do not use, to contact. After emailing i just revived an automated message with self help tips and to reply if indeed more help saying it could take up to 5 days. Which I have done several times with still no response and now it's been more than a week. I would just like A refund on my Stubs Premiere account as I have not used it in more than a year and didn't even remember having it.
