Amazon Prime on time delivery.

It has become common for products ordered on Prime to be late! I have one item "out for delivery" at 10PM which won't be delivered and it happens all the time. Lost items which are becoming more common, are not refundable until 4 days late. Fed up with Amazon. Going to buy EVERY item I can locally rather than Amazon because their service has deteriorated so much.

Amazon Product shipping

I have been attempting to purchase items & without any reason amazon has been restricting shipping to my location now. I have purchased these items before and amazon had become a horrible company and is forcing me as many others to purchase what they select fir me! I want what I want not what any company or anyone says I can buy! It is my rights to chose what I want! My zip code is 60622.

Amazon Loud music coming from Amazon Vehicles in the Conyers, GA., zip code area 30094

Please have your drivers turn down that loud music, they pull into our driveways with that extremely loud music on a daily basis. we have vide, tag numbers, and will contact the police if this continue.

Amazon Fraud charges

This is a scam that is stealing credit card account numbers and charging items to people that they stole the information from. They are ordering items from Amazon using the stolen credit card numbers while the account holders are not aware that these charges are being made until they receive a billing statement. Is this scam coming from an Amazon employee who is buying numerous items of the same thing for large amounts of money? Someone needs to investigate this quickly or Amazon wull be losing customers who have accounts with them.

Clorox chlorine for pools.

This seller needs to be taken off of Amazon. I did not read the reviews, therefore I did not realize that this was not the 25 lb tub with 300 3" discs like is advertised from other vendors. Seems like this is a purposeful scam by the overseas crooks.

I ordered this because it looked like the tubs of regular 3" discs. It advrtises 300 discs just like in the big tubs. This seller needs to be taken off.

Amazon Not getting my refunds

I have returned my items 1 month ago, Got refunded for 2 of the 4 sent in the middle of august but there is two of them i have not received. they have been received and posted received in your system for a 3 weeks now and StiLL no refund. I have had 3 emails stating they will be processing refund yet>>>
NO REFUND YET< Im angry as Hell now . calls to customer service and Customer service can do nothing! Amazon Amazon delivery ruined my gate

16 of june hit and run of an amazon driver; 5000 euro damage to my gate. Do you think I was lucky I got everything recorded? 2 months later still nothing.
Amazon blaims it to the driver's insurance. Bull because the advertisement of the delivered product said Sold by and Delivered by Amazon.

Driver's insurance does not wish to pay the quote because he gate is over 3 years old.

I will go to the press in a couple of days, it seems the only solution

Amazon I was an employee in Spokane, Washington(99224 area code)Geiger

I believe I was fired unfairly. I believe the date I was suspended was on 4/14/21. I was then called on 4/16/21, I believe that was the date, by HR, to tell me that I had been officially terminated. I tried to appeal my termination, but I was told that I could not appeal my termination, because I was a potentially violent employee. I am six feet tall and about 200 pounds of pretty much solid muscle. I workout all the time, and I have been told I look like an MMA fighter. THAT is why I got fired. Because of my APPEARANCE. In general, people are scared of me because they say I look like a fighter. Most of the young guys try to "challenge" me to try to act "tough" with me. I was in the military for 9 years, and I have a college degree. I was 53 years old then. I am a very confident and highly skilled man. I am not a boy, and I am not a weak person who is easily intimidated; I was in the Army. As far as the reason they said they terminated me, for being potentially violent, that is not the truth. If I were either a skinny, or overweight male, instead of a muscular male, I believe I would still have my job. I liked working at Amazon, and I was good at it, and also, if I could have had a couple of the managers who liked me, to speak on my behalf, I also think I would still have my job. Amazon Order # [protected]

Orenda PR-10000 one quart liquid was ordered 8/9/21 for total cost of $41.77. The product I received was very different. It was 2 quarts of a different product. A refund was issued by Amazon 8/14/21 for the full amount, pending return of the product. I returned the product to my local UPS store, as required. I suggest you can check their records.

I was recently advised the the Orenda PR-10000 was never received, so I have been charged the $41.77 once again.

I am only guessing, but I think the problem is that your system was expecting the Orenda product returned, but I never got it in the first place. I did return the 2 quart product, that I recall cost about $22.00 or so on your site. I suggest you check your returns for such a product, and refund the $41.77 again.

8/16/21, I ordered the Orenda product once again, and got the correct one, no problems. Thanks.

Amazon Package not received

September 10, 2021 5:51pm Prime driver stated package delivered. Tracking # TBA382188548000 I did not receive at my apt #3. N113W15511 Francese Dr. The description photo show a front door There are 5 buildings in my complex all look alike from the outside. 9/11/21 @ 8am I went to each building to find my package. Was not there. As photos below my door apt#3 has a welcome mat.

The same thing is happening to me. They have been charging me twice very month. Once in the beginning, once in the middle of the month.
They would have kept stealing my money if I did not notice.

Amazon A return of xbox series 5

Hello,
My name is vernal the reason for this email is because I had placed an order with Amazon over a month and a half ago and had to return the item the box was never open two weeks later I received an email stating that I returned the wrong item and that they cannot refund me until I get the right item to them and that they destroyed of the item that I sent them this is going nowhere I've called the customer service over 20 times they tell me they're going to escalate it to a higher level of department and I receive the same exact email every time telling me to send the correct item if I want a refund I am an elderly woman and this is $400 of money that I need I've been a customer of Amazon and card holder for over 10 years please help me thank you.

Amazon Packages dropped off and left at security desk .

Delivery person dropped off packages at security desk with no attempt to deliver to tenant office(On camera). Security delivered them to the suites. Suite numbers were visible for delivery.

Address - 12621 Featherwood, Houston TX. 77034
Time - About 12:40pm.

Please remind them to hand deliver to the suites for liability reasons. Once Security touches the packages, they become responsible for the package.

Amazon Product not delivered and marked as delivered

Order for Logitech Headset with Amazon Prime on 2nd September 2021. Delivery schedule for the item was 3rd September 2021.

Received the notification as item received. But product was not delivered. Called customer care and then they mentioned some thing portal may be incorrect on backend system. Wait for 3 days it will delivered otherwise we will call you.

No one response. Called customer care on 7th September 2021. They mentioned that sorry and no other information.

They will raise for refund for the product and asked to order again.

Order for another headset on 8th September 2021 and supposed to deliver by 9th September 2021.

Again received the notification that item was delivered and haven't received the item.

Called them and they mentioned will check and get back within 2 hours. almost 6+ hours. Till now no response.

Really frustrating and no value for customer time and patience. Very bad customer support and no trust on the platform.

10% to 20% of all orders on amazon have shipping issues. I am a prime member and expect a higher level of service other wise what am I paying for? Promised delivery dates missed, lost packages, deliveries to wrong address, and deliveries with the wrong items in the package. When you order on amazon and it tells you "Order in the next for hours to get it the same day that is the main reason for buying that particular item beyond that the item is what you want or need and in some cases the health and well being of the person placing the order depends on that on time delivery, not having it sent 2 or 3 days later or having to cancel and reorder be cause of incompetency on the part of Amazon. Amazon created this monster and now has lost control of this process. I think they have such little competition that they have lost caring about the customer and needs and expectations that are set by Amazon. Don't tell me I can get an item on a certain day then not deliver on that contract, yes I said contract because a purchase is a contract between two parties customer saying I will pay you X amount of dollars and Amazon saying I will deliver. All of this is based on the information directly from Amazon's web site. Don't make promises you can't keep! I keep up my end by paying you for a product and service now keep your end of the contract and deliver the correct product in the time frame you promise!

Amazon Direct Publishing

I would like to make a complaint regards to my published book by Amazon Direct Publishing tool. The book was originally published in Word format not on the base of my imagination, when I checked on what was published I unpublished it. Then I several times uploaded without success the epub version, it always displayed final1. epub uploaded successfully, but still the deformed version was there of course I think in order to humiliate me. After several tries I succeeded and the good version, which I also reviewed and screenshoted, it was kept there for 2-3 days, but today again after checking the wrong format has been there for my humiliation and humiliation of my work. Why that wrong version is never removed from there, tell me? What are these tries? Why should I check always if there are not scamming me again and again? Can anyone explain me this nasty behaviour? Why they don't keep there the normal beautiful perfect epub version? I'm asking for confrontation with the responsible person for this scam and financial compensation, I have proofs

Every time I should check on it?, once it's published in its normal version then should stay there so. And Google Play Books on the base of your Amazon Kindle Book link let me to publish again, they asked for a link of a site where it has been published already/ another proof/, so it was at the time of their verification in normal readable epub state. Take a look at the preview proof and the first 3 screenshots and compare. The 9th says epub uploaded successfully, number 4.5, 6, 7 are the screenshots of the published epub.

Amazon Prime shipping credit

We have been Prime members for several years and use Amazon exclusively for purchasing and ordering. We recently relocated to St. Croix, which is a US territory. We were informed by Amazon Chat that on Prime Items ordered and delivered we would be reimbursed for shipping charges. That we were required to contact CHAT Rep. once the items where delivered. We were so happy to hear this and have since ordered multiple items to be delivered. We have had no issues with being reimbursed until yesterday. I have personally spent extensive time on line being transferred from one CSR to another. I was informed that I would be reimbursed then abruptly disconnected and transferred to another agent. After being informed that a credit for the $11.97 would be credited I was transferred again. Is there someone that can assist me ? The time spent to correct this has been extremely frustratrating no less caused me much inconvenience. I esplained all this multiple times with multiple reps and continue to get no results. Thank you,

Amazon Amazon prime subscription

I discovered yesterday, that my bank account was being charged USD 8.99 per month. From 11/3/2019 - 7/9/2021.
I have never knowingly signed up or ever used Amazon prime.
I have just spoken to Their customer service and they have refunded me 4 mths worth and said they could not do anything else. Even when I had questioned them and asked for proof that I had ever signed up or used this service. The person on the phone was helpful but said he was unable to do anything else. I feel like this is down right theft. They took my bank account details from trading on Amazon and duped me somehow.
Whilst I realize I should have spotted this earlier. Dealing with depression poses several challenges, and I confess I do not monitor my account as often as I should. However, that is no excuse for charging customers for services they don t realize they have signed up for.
I have since spotted many emails from Amazon that seem to have gone straight into the junk folder on my inbox. How ironic.
A good resolution for me would be to get re inbursed in full.
