I cannot believe that you would hire a young man with his pant off his rear end, music blasting in the van and speeding up our drive way almost hitting a worker on our property!

Amazon Ordered 2 jackets, returned both, never got refunded

I placed orders for three identical jackets that were different sizes. All three were shipped and returned. The third party sellers all ripped me off saying they didn't 2 of the jackets. Amazon has nothing to help. They just keep me on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. When did amazon start being so bad?! //they just rip people off and scam people.

Desired outcome: Refunds for 2 coats.

Amazon Data usage on my phone and I do not have an account or app for amazon

I have been having data stolen from my phone for Amazon Cloud and I am not even a subscriber to Amazon.
There is also no Amazon app installed on my phone.
The amount of data stolen in the past month is roughly 600 mg
Goodness know how long this has been going on for.

The cell phone number is [protected] - It does not even appear in your records

This renders my phone unusable because I am not in control of the expenditure

Desired outcome: Please cease and desist with immediate effect

In what world is this even a thing anyone should have to file a complaint about? You need to take this down NOW. You rightfully refuse to sell and promote the Confederate flag, but this you allow. I am both horrified and furious that I even need to say anything about this. Seriously Amazon. This is insane.

Amazon Kindle

I lost my phone in the river. I've been working with the phone insurance to try to get a new one but it's not going well. I've spent no less than 12 hours trying to get Amazon to allow me access to my account. They keep wanting me to upload a federal ID to an email. Is this the same company that said that having to have an id is racist? Anyway so now they've taken the racist road and instead of helping me again access, they keep sending me in circles and circles and at 1 point I found someone who said they were gonna resolve the issue in a couple days that's been almost a month ago. So, now I realize I can't access my kindle that means, all the books that are In my account that I have paid for have been essentially taken caviot emtore. So, if Amazon wants to continue to be be a racist and not allow me into my account, which every other business I work with has been able to do by sending an OTP to my email, then I feel like they should pay me for the $700 or so worth a book in my kindle account that they will not let me access. I've already reversed charges on my Prime account but I cannot gain access to my movies that I've purchased on prime I can't gain access to my kindle. So, Amazon gets to go against their own rule that requiring an ID is racist, wants me to be stupid enough to send them my id and will not allow me access to probably a $1000 worth of materials that I have purchased.

Desired outcome: Let me have access to my account or pay me back

Amazon Advertise price

11/06/21 Item i was looking for, Victor M9012 sonic 2 spike yellow. I was very disappointed about
an item that was advertise at one price and when i try to order it
the price was more then double
and when i try to talk to some one on customer service about it, I was not able to get any answers because the person on the phone, her accent was so heavy
it was impossible to understand anything that she was saying

Amazon Not extending the advertised offer to the customer

Amazon is currently running a "SPOTLIGHT DEAL PRIME STUDENT EXCLUSIVE" for Showtime for 99 cents/mo. for a year. We have students in the house and we have a Prime student account. Amazon will not honor the deal. I have been on the phone with them for two days. They told me to call Showtime. Showtime has no answers. I sent a screenshot to Amazon. They claim to not know anything about the offer.

Desired outcome: I would like the promotion that is offered. This is an eligible household and I don't know what game Amazon is playing

Amazon Packaging faulty and no privacy

Items are not packaged correctly. I live in a large building, often Amazon packages are delivered open, not bc of stealing, but bc they are not sealed correctly. My building has cameras and we see the packages are delivered this way. We've complained but there has been no resolve, and it has been going on for years.

Now, Amazon is shipping items without envelopes or boxes. They are slapping a label on original packaging so everyone know what's inside. Most recently, they shipped clothing in a clear plastic bag and with air holes in the clear packaging, so dirt and debris got inside it -- Not only is it gross, but what about PRIVACY?

As usual, I contacted Amazon, they cannot fix this issue nor can I file a complaint for me to follow up on. They can only refund or send a replacement. This is not the answer, and when the replacement arrives dirty I'll just wash it as I did the originals. This is really bad business. Amazon does not resolve the issue, in fact, Amazon wastes customers' time, causes aggravation and also causes the VENDOR a loss of money/product bc Amazon keeps packaging and shipping the same inappropriate way, while sending out replacements or giving refunds.

I'm ordering less and less from them, bc I don't want the everyone in the world (especially the 70 other apartments in my building) to know what I'm buying.

Amazon Amazon's shipping service

Amazon delivery has proven to be horrible.
When Items do arrive they are almost always late.
We are a business that has had multiple incidents of packages claiming to be delivered that were not. We have also had several cases of packages being left outside in various locations around our building. Not sure why they can't find our clearly marked shipping and receiving department or our front door in a 10, 000 sq ft building.
Granted, Amazon is pretty good at resolving these matters with replacement shipping or refunds but I've had more than my fill of dealing with Amazon support and the additional time and waiting involved.
It would be nice if Amazon could allow the customer to chose the shipping provider, in which case I would never pick them.

Desired outcome: Ability to choose delivery carrier.

Amazon Unauthorized charges to credit card

I have noticed a transaction of R217. 37 on the 3rd of October and R219. 94 on the 30th of October. I don't have an account with Amazon, this is the second time now. I don't know if I must change my credit card now in order to avoid another charge this month. I sent an email in October and I was requested additional information which I sent and the only response I received was Thank you very much.

Amazon Changing phone numbers on account

The phone number I had attached to my account was recently sold by Verizon and became no longer valid. I have had to obtain a new number and am in the process of updating all of my online accounts to the new number.
When it came to Amazon, that was virtually impossible. In order to sign on to the site, you have to verify a code sent to the number no longer valid. SO that's strike one.
After contacting customer service, they wanted information (Advanced Security Protocol BS) that does not exist. A 15 digit transaction number that is not listed anywhere, not even in the shipping packaging. I verified that today with my last order... no receipt or anything with a transaction number. Oh, then describe the contents of your last 3 orders... I tried to describe, with no response from him whether that was good enough. I gave the service rep all the info he asked, even the transaction info directly from my bank account... Not good enough! SO my original account remains locked, and will be forever for all I care.
FYI, I had to call other institutions to have my contact info changed, and all were relatively smooth. Amazon has become too big and needs to be busted into pieces. They no longer appreciate long standing customers.
They treat them like criminals when implementing their "Advanced Security Protocols" ...
For sure, I will definitely give Ebay more of my online shopping business, so I don;t bother Amazon with more orders as a PRIME member.
IF this happens again, I will be able to give my last 3 purchases as thats about all they will be getting!

Amazon DDR4 Ram Modules

When I need something on Amazon that I want right away, I search for the Prime 1-day delivery option. I order hours before the said deadline, but only 2 or 3, out of 5 times, do they actually arrive on time.

The only way they can actually deliver 1-day shipping is if an Amazon driver delivers it, so When I get a USPS tracking number for it, I know I'm screwed. Today was a perfect example. Yesterday, I ordered (well before the deadline) a gift that I needed today. This morning, Amazon sent me a USPS tracking number for the merchandise.

Estimated delivery, tomorrow. This happens regularly here. Why offer 1-day shipping on merchandise if it's not in the warehouse? When I contacted Amazon, the representative said it wasn't in stock at the local Warehouse.

Why is 1-day delivery offed then? The representative sidestepped that question without a valid answer. It was as though he had a list of answers in front of him. I never got a direct answer from him.

It gets better.

Now I don't need the merchandise, so I have to print a label, get in my vehicle and drive 20 minutes to ship it back to Amazon. I won't get a refund until well after they receive the returned product that should have been here on time.

User's recommendation: Never expect amazon deliveries on time.

I called Amazon today got my renewal date . I put a reminder on my phone so I can call 3 days early to cancel my account . I never buy anything unless it’s a Amazon Prime item with 1-3 day shipping . I’ve waited weeks and even months lately . But I’m never refunded for the extra fees I’ve paid for quick delivery . Bad business Amazon

Amazon Global solutions usa miramar florida 33027

I ordered a Control Board for a DRYER and they sent the WRONG Board. I paid for DHL Express. They have been giving me the Run Around since Sept.26/2021. There have been over 50 Emails back and fourth. They finally agreed to send the CORRECT BOARD and gave me a Tracking Number. I got confirmation the package had been delivered to an address in New Jersey and now they are telling me that they are not sending the PART to Me because they lost a $1000.00 that had nothing to do with me!. Amazon Unable to use amazon cash

On October 23, 2021 I purchased Amazon Cash through Canada Post in the amount of $240 which was duly confirmed by Amazon via email. For some reason or other, the order could not proceed although my Amazon Cash balance shows a balance that exceeds the total order including GST. I could get up to the point where the website asks if I want to use my Amazon Cash balance which I duly checked off but the "Continue" button would not activate.I contacted an Amazon rep who suggested I try and make a purchase for an incidental amount ($6.00+) and see what the system would do with the same result.

This was then I asked that I be refunded my money which she said she would "un-redeem" from my account and that I would receive the funds withing 24-48 hours. A subsequent phone call to another representative confirmed that I should receive a refund of $240.

After checking to see if Amazon had indeed deposited my money back into my account, I found out otherwise and contacted Amazon again to find out why. After much troubleshooting from her end, she deemed that it was not possible for my to get my money back and that Amazon Cash is no longer accepted at their website. This is a quote from their email they sent me after I had last spoken with their agent:
"At this time, we do not accept Amazon gift card as a payment method on our website. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

This is simply un-acceptable. Any ideas for recourse would be appreciated.

Amazon I have not received my refund

I had to return ORDER # [protected] in the amount of $35.67 which I purchased on 10/8 because it was defective. Amazon says they received it on 9/21. I still have not received my refund. Customer service says I should have gotten it by now. They have not been able to fix the issue. They will not let me speak to a corporate resolutions staff.

Desired outcome: I want a full refund of $35.67

Description of Complaint:
Amazon has placed my account on ‘hold'. Apparently, they claim that I owe them for order back to. 2016. No one from Amazon has ever contacted me. This is bogus as Amazon does not send out items unless it's been paid. When there's a problem with payment, they then go to an alternate method when this occurs. Or, they'll send you an email notifying you that they need an alternate payment method. None of this was ever done. Additionally, when an order was extremely overdue, I requested a credit for the problem. They graciously gave it to me. The next day, the hold was placed on my account. Reps for the last week or so, promised me a call from TRS although none were received. This, this is all bogus. Years ago, the same thing happened and it was cleared up. Today, they refused to help. I talked to Trudy and then a supervisor, Mimi. No company who is owed a legitimate debt, five years old, neglects to contact the customer for payment. Plus, Amazon does not give away products. It sells them when payment is rendered. This is all bogus.
