No one replied to my requests
I purchased dress and bracelet from the website www.brandalley.co.uk. I received completely different things, which didn’t look as on the website. I contacted the live chat agent and she promised to ask the manager and provide any reply within an hour. I patiently waited, but she never replied. I sent more messages, but again no response. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

I also ordered online through brandalley.co.uk advertising for £4.95 and my credit card was debited with £74.95 the next month. I have not received any further goods. My credit card company is looking into the matter. I think there is no possibility to return the money.
