LVMH Fashion Group Sale service emporium thailand is not acceptable

My latest dissatisfaction with LV’s product and service occurred when the staff at Louis Vuitton Emporium, Thailand failed to provide care information for the Yayoi Kusama t-shirt I bought on June, 24th 2023.

The lack of details and service of LV Emporium resulted in damage to the t-shirt. The color run happened because the staff never mentioned that the t-shirt must be dry cleaned. When I show the color stain, the staff’s poor management is very unsatisfactory. Though admitting their failure, the staff refused to compensate and even blamed me for not reading care instructions. They put the burden on a loyal customer instead of taking responsibility for the sub-standard service of not providing after-care information before selling. Please investigate this issue and compensate me with proper credit exchange.

As a long-term customer of the LVMH house, I’m beyond dissatisfied and won’t stop reporting this incident, since everything is documented, until I’ve been properly compensated.

I bought a Yayoi Kusama t-shirt on June, 24th 2023 from Louis Vuitton Emporium, Thailand, the staff at which failed to provide care information for the item. This mistake by the LV staff partially caused damage to my purchase. When I demanded a refund, the shop failed to satisfy me with proper compensation. There was also no engagement after my follow-up with the Thai office. Hence, I would like to raise this issue to a higher office. Please consider a partial refund or exchange for this incident. Greatly appreciated and waiting patiently to see how LVMH customer service operates this time.

I’ve contacted the LVMH office via this channel last week and still receive no response. This is a failure in customer service, adding to a series of dissatisfactions caused by purchasing at Louis Vuitton Emporium, Thailand. For a start, the staff didn’t share care instructions for my product, causing its damage. Each exchange fails me, as a loyal customer, due to poor communications, service, and compensation. Please consider a partial refund or exchange for this incident. I understand that this is partly my fault too, but for LVMH to disregard any compensation, is a great shock considering the company's high-standing name in the luxury's world. As a long-term customer, I expect better actions or, at least, communication from the company. Greatly appreciated and waiting patiently to see how LVMH customer service operates this time. Hopefully, it would not be a no-reply like the many times I tried to contact regarding this issue.

LVMH Fashion Group Verbal harassment, intimidation, emotional abuse

My brother was told and called stupid, dumb, ignorant and they compared him to a 10yrs old nephew is more smarter than my brothers memory…my brother started working with them from 2022, macys associates and working with them as a vendors.. They offered him a job for dior and macys retail sales associate last may 2023. He started working on dior department, and no one literally trained him to work, what to do, no proper training and standard dior ways how to do his work…and his ea and her assistant keeps on yelling, telling and saying his so stupid and ignorant coz my brother asking his superiors for the stuff they need on the stores and constantly getting mad at him and embarrassed him with his other coworkers.. And intented don’t believe whatever he says to them in person, through text messages and phone calls…mostly unfairly and biases to him because they don’t give him enough stuff to work on with some gifts or whatever is it to make more sales.. They actually don’t care and not giving him some stuff compares to beauty and women’s department, those departments got and gets every single things to give to the customers for a gift…

Desired outcome: To be nicer and fairly to everyone, mostly to there employees..terminated and pay a lawful fine by law

LVMH Fashion Group Repair

My watch serial number RQD6447. I have warranty for 2 years still valid. I bought my watch from Vancouver. Now I am living in Toronto. 1st I send my watch for repair jun 05 21. After reviewing my watch, they tell me my warranty will not help me because it's not from Toronto. That's really stupid, but I don't argue I pay full amount. Repair number CFS 21 001315.
When I received my watch crown not working properly and I noticed watch running fast so I called, customer service told me crown is replaced so it's should be ok also time, advise me wait for week. After week same problem I know crown not fixed also something wrong with time. I called again [protected]. But same answer. So I went yorkdale to drop off my watch from check. Back of my watch, a scratch that's me. Today I received my repair bill again that because of that scratch I have to pay full repair costs. That's not written. I don't break the crown. I received like that and I told them. Also TAG Heuer shouldn't sell warranty if they don't accept in same country. Or they should say that I have to go to same store. I m will to pay 46 dollars for scratch, but not more. TAG Heuer should not be charging me anything for their bad service, and I should get my money back for my warranty. I am really disappointed. I hope someone will resolve this matter. My new repair number CFS 21 001743.

LVMH Fashion Group shop attendant

On March 2019, I went to Louis Vuitton in Cologne-Germany shop to pick up my online order. When I arrived there, I was greeted by middle age, blond lady. Who was not friendly at all when I told her, I am there to pick up my package. She simply told me to, just wait and other staff will attend me later. So therefore I waited.

After 15mins of waiting, I saw another customer came into the shop and gave her a printed booking receipt. Since I didn't have mine printed, I politely ask her if she'd need the detail of my booking. But then she raised her voice at me, saying that the staff will come to attend my needs very soon! Without even looking at my receipt.

After another wait for 30mins, she told the other shop attendant that some customers are waiting for them and pointing at our direction. Then this shop attendant picks up another two guests who clearly came after me. This blonde lady saw how it happened and clearly knew I was there first, did not do or say anything to clear things up. But stood and ignore the situation.

Then I went to talk to her, about how come that I came first to the shop and served the last. And she suddenly said a apology that sounded very insincere, saying that she clearly told the other shop attendant about who should go first and it was a mistake. While I was standing in front of her the WHOLE time, after not getting picked up by the other Shop Assistant.

The situation was, there were five waiting guests at that time. I came the first, and the other four guests came after me. And the last waiting in line was me and the other Asian guest who visit the shop not so long after me, let's say she's the third. And I am an Asian too btw. So, please the reader can make their own judgement.

LVMH, what do you expect for employing such a rude, ignorant and racist shop attendant? Does this represent your company value? If it does, then you guys probably stop selling in Asian countries too. No manners, no money from us.

LVMH Fashion Group Stay far away from Brandkeys.net

I have ordered from Brandkeys in the past and was satisfied with my purchase. However when I ordered a bag this month and wanted to return it because I was not satisfied with it, I have not heard from the company. I followed their directions and it has been over a week. Still no word. I have recommended their site to my friends and am now quickly telling them not to order. I will contact my bank and have them reverse the charge. Will see how quick they contact me then.
