Amazon Double shipped and double charged

Order coffee table, sofa table and end table, The end table came 2 times and found that they had double charged my bank account on different day - the order is clear only 1 of each was ordered still have the original e- mail on my computer to prove so. Second order is still unopen as it came. I have tried to complain put Amazon makes it impossible to gat an answer from them

Amazon Traditional vintage area rug distressed rug teal blue gray beige 8x11 large rugs for living room cheap 8x10

I purchased a rug from SELLER
AS Quality Rugs on April 7th, 2021, through Amazon. I paid shipping as well to have it delivered. It was running late and Amazon stated on their web page if I did not receive the rug by the next day I could get a refund. I canceled the delivery and requested a refund. I filed a claim against FedEx because it was stated that it was delivered to the front door. I live in an apartment complex with 3 separate buildings each building has 2 doors. I never signed for this purchase and I never received it. When I canceled and asked for a refund I was hoping the delivery would be intervened and shipped back to the seller. Amazon is denying me a refund on this rug. I just want a full refund that in which I paid so I can purchase a different rug somewhere else. I've contacted the seller more than 4 times, no response. I filed several EZ claims all been denied!

Amazon Prime

Every time I place and order using prime with 2 day delivery.. I NEVER get my order in 2 days .I recently placed 2 orders and yet once again I received a message after it said out for delivery by 10 pm NO packages yet again ..how can you charge for a service you are NOT providing. ..I'm going to make a complain to the state attorney generals office the is fraud charging for a service you are NOT providing. All 3 of my orders are not here

Desired outcome: I should be refunded for my prime and given an additional year for not providing the service I paid for.

Amazon Items stating "shipped from amazon" clearly not. Unethical behaviour

Amazon lies about shipping from amazon!
I received a box, with a picture of a vacuum sealer on the outside. The box had been brutally torn open, inner flap torn off, securing tabs folded to the inside, a piece of raw cardboard attached to one end, and not a single area of the bare product box was undamaged. I bought this sealer because it said it would be shipped by/from amazon. This is obviously not true! I am returning this piece of unidentifiable plastic trash, in its torn to pieces box. Amazon would never warehouse, or ship, a box in this completely destroyed condition. The sad part is that, if a totally, obviously, destroyed item and packaging, claims to be "shipped from amazon", they (amazon) are not being truthful with buyers in order to gain undeserved buyer confidence. Do not take comfort in any item because it says "sold/shipped" by amazon. It means nothing!

2 photos missing showing condition of box. The plastic thing pictured is in no way related to the item ordered. It is also rain spotted. Must have been in an open dumpster. First problem I have had with amazon. Sad.

Amazon Driver

Amazon driver pulled into driveway FOR NO REASON. We live on a residential street and they could just stop in the street to leave a padded envelope item. An item I didn't even order, someone else had it shipped to my address because I NEVER purchase through amazon. They trenched my lawn cutting the driveway at a 45 degree angle, not even coming close to or apparently even caring about making the turn into the driveway. All to save the 40 ft walk to the door. The neighbor is now angry at me for what the delivery driver did. One more reason for me to hate amazon!

Desired outcome: Turn back time and DON'T TRENCH MY GRASS!!! That, or train your employees to respect peoples' property!!!

Amazon Amazon Prime Dishonest Membership Practices

I have had an Amazon account for a number of years, but not Prime account. My wife has the Amazon Prime account which we both use occasionally to order items.

I have personally NEVER signed up for Amazon Prime but when examining a credit card statement two months ago, I discovered a unique charge that had appeared for six months. It is not unusual to have an Amazon charge on my credit card from ordering items, but this was an identical charge for six months stating "Amazon Prime Membership" which I never initiated nor did I approve this. I also never ordered anything from this account in my name since I didn't know it existed. I called Amazon and was told on the phone that they would cease billing me the monthly Prime charge but they could not refund the six months of fraudulent charges they made.

So, a month or so passes, and lo and behold, I get an email thanking me for signing up for Amazon Prime and the charge starts appearing again. Once again I tried calling Customer Service but it sounded strange and unfamiliar like this wasn't really Amazon Prime, however I did get a credit for the one month on my credit card.

Desired outcome: I wish to ENSURE that Amazon Prime NEVER again starts charging my credit card for an unapproved and unsolicited membership. There should be some sort of compensatory damages paid by Amazon to people for this.

Amazon Sold computer related item as used but included wrong power supply and would not replace

Amazon's customer support was terrible. First they make it difficult to find any way to contact them unless you just want to return an item. I was able to test the item with a borrowed power supply and knew it worked so I didn't want to return it. I just wanted the correct supply to be sent because that's what I understood I was purchasing - a used working item. I finally got an associate on chat and that was useless. Again all he/she wanted was for me to return it. There was no other option. As far as I'm concerned Amazon ripped me off. Apparently, Ebay has spoiled me. They do everything they can to make things right for a buyer. I'm sticking with them.

Desired outcome: Well I want the missing item - if you mean I'd like Amazon to fix it's customer support and not cheat customers - I don't think that's going to happen.

Amazon Amazon video

Amazon is promoting the Amazon original movie "Without Remorse" on their website with a large graphic of a young black man in assault gear holding a giant assault rifle. This is repugnant to me. We are awash in violence. I believe an assault rifle was used in the recent mass shootings in Denver and Indianapolis. Each day brings more grisly news about gun deaths from police. I don't want to see assault rifles. I don't want to see police, either. These images promote love of violence "without remorse" to make money. Please discontinue this imagery.

Amazon Delivery

I am a prime member and as such I expect amazon to live up to its promise of two day delivery. Twice now i've had to wait for my order to be delivered. The first time usps lost my 50" tv, had to buy it from someone else, $50 extra out of my pocket. Now I have to stay home and wait for delivery of 3 clothes hampers, usps said my mail box was full and they could not deliver, don't know when they will be delivered. I feel that being a piime member is a waste of my money! Is there anyway you can fix this problem. The tv was suppose to be a gift, no date because it was never delivered, 3 redmond 5220gy country hampers order # [protected] date [protected]

Amazon Oxygen cylinder

I had booked one 10 liter oxygen cylinder online. and despite receiving Cylinder I received following message on my Mobile;

Your Amazon order AwB [protected] was undelivered as you refused to accept
it.

Amazon Overdue refund

I placed an order 5th Feb 2021 on Amazon.de to buy a product from a company who trade as Husky.

The product was faulty. The company Husky refunded me via Amazon but I still have not received the refund. I've emailed Amazon many times but they just keep telling they are dealing with it.

Amazon Delivery driver.

I live in Halifax MA. Our retirement community is Halifax Estates. The mean age of the residents is 75 or so. There is a driver who delivers Amazon packages in a Budget delivery truck. The guy is insane! I have seen him on many many occasions going through our community at at least twice the posted speed limit. I'm finally writing now because today he damn near hit a person walking down the street! Please look into this, this man should not be driving anything, never mind a big delivery truck. Thank you.

Amazon Package shipped back to Amazon in error

On 2/5/2021, We accidentally mis-labled a package going back to Amazon. We have called Amazon at least 20 times over the last two months trying to get our package back. The package was delievered to an Amazon fulfillment center in Indiannapolis, ID on 2/9/2021. We have been given numerous return delivery dates of returning our package, but as of today April 17, 2021, we have received no return package. I am at a loss dealing with the incompetence of Amazon customer service of how to get our package back from Amazon. Customer service tells us that they can not even speak directly to this ful-fillment center warehouse to get our package returned, that they can only send messages to the ful-fillment center. The tracking number that our package was shipped under and delivered to the ful-fillment center warehouse under is: 1Z6E577W9036320258 by UPS by a shipping label furnished by Amazon. Can someone at Amazon do the right thing and send our package, that was mislabeled, to it's rightful owner? Please help! Thank you! Richard L. Amazon No customer service

You suck. You just send people in an endless loop when they try to get issues resolved. I would rather shop at walmart and wait in their endless lines than deal with you and you robotic algorithms.

I am trying to get a refund and I get crap from the seller and no customer service from you.

It's been over a week and no response from seller and now help from amazon.

Amazon Kidde 466628Mtlk Fire Extinguisher Gauge 10-B:C

According to the instructions, this Kidde fire extinguisher needs to be replaced withing 12 years from the date of manufacture, stamped on the bottom of the cylinder. This unit was sold as new, but the cylinder bears a date of 2018, meaning that three years of its useful life have already expired. To make matters worse, Amazon won't accept a return on fire extinguishers. So, this is another example of Amazon screwing their customers with "Fulfillment by Amazon" misrepresenting old stock as new. If you need a fire extinguisher, go to a reliable REAL store and buy from a traditional distribution chain.

Amazon Amazon prime

I John,
Called back this morning because evidently the team you sent me to wants me to sign up for student prime.
I already have a subscription that is student prime that is paid for until Sept. 26 2021 and was accidently removed.
Now amazon won't turn it back on. I already paid for it. (Sept 2020 - Sept. 2021)
I now because of the way I have been treated I don't want anything to do with amazon.
My wife and I have spent $5000 to $10000 in the last year at amazon.
Something as simple as giving me what I have already paid for seems to be too much for amazon.
I will never buy anything from amazon again and I don't need to watch prime movies.
Nothing good to say about the company.
Thanks for being nice John. Nice doesn't fix the problem.

Amazon Delivery services

This is becoming a habit with your delivery services. Once again, my package (Order #[protected]) was listed as "out for delivery" today 4/14/21. I waited for the package but it never arrived. This has happened to me numerous times when ordering from Amazon Prime. The email tracking stated that it was out for delivery and would be delivered before 10pm. After 10pm, the tracking stated that it would arrive on 4/15 or 4/16. How many times does this have to happen before someone looks into it and rectifies the situation? What is the point of having Amazon Prime if you never deliver the package when you state that you will? Why do you list the delivery date or "out for delivery" if you never deliver it on that day? Your delivery services are terrible and costs me numerous hours waiting for deliveries.

Desired outcome: Deliver packages when you say that you will.

Amazon Innovo urinary incontinence product

My problem relates to the injury caused by a product purchased on Amazon called Innovo (shorts).

I have seriously complained to Innovo and demanded a humble compensation for the pain and suffering caused by their product.

Their response was an endless questionnaire that I quickly responded to. It was followed by more endless questionnaires (obviously using my answers to learn more to protect themselves in the future from others suffering the same consequences).

After a back and forth exchange of emails, finally, their big excuse was that the product is not offered to men?... And denied economic compensation.

It is advertised all over the internet as a product for male incontinence after prostate cancer!

I also find other people suffering the same electrocution results.

After having radical prostate removal back in 2008, I am experiencing urine incontinence, I searched for help on Amazon and it showed a product called Innovo that generates electronically Kegel exercises to stop incontinence.

When I received it, I followed the manual instructions, but I only use it for 5 days because of the intense pain caused by the electroshock that the Innovo shorts generate on the fifth day of use, were deep and strong in my pelvic area, specifically in the tailbone area, to the extent that I was not able to walk, move or sleep.
I was in tears until I got an appointment with my doctor on November 11 that promptly prescribed me six days of steroid treatment.

The steroid treatment combined with Tramadol pain medication helped me but it was not enough. A few days later the pain returned. I was not able to find a position that will help me to alleviate the pain. The pain was there while standing, seating, or lying in bed. It wakes me up during my sleep.

I returned to the Doctor's on November 24, 2020. Dr. Matthew Willey, who specializes in spine pain management, requested some x-rays that were done in the same office, and then he injected a pain medication in the area where the Innovo product has hurt.

Dr. Willey warned me that the pain medication he injected would alleviate the pain for a few days but I was required to schedule an appointment to see him in the Celebration Institute to have a more intense treatment, which is an epidural inoculation.

In reference to the epidural injection, it is required to have a companion to drive me, wait for the treatment to be completed, and then drive me back home. Because of Covid-19, I do not have anyone to help me with that. As a result, I have no choice but to endure the horrible pain that Innovo has generated.

Because I am 70 years old handicapped senior, my doctor sent me a letter requesting me to observe homestay as a result of Covid-19, because exposure to it for my age and health conditions could be serious.

I am not a litigious person, but I expect that Amazon will compensate for the pain and expenses associated with the health injuries caused by this product in any form. It could be a credit in my account.

I also expect that Amazon will not allow the seller to offer this damaging product.

Desired outcome: Amazon should compensate for damaged caused by products sell in their site, in despite if they are from third party sellers, or obligate sellers to compensate for damage.

Amazon Unauthorized credit card charges

Am trying to find out why I am being charged monthly by Amazon Prime. I did not order anything else besides the 5.99 charge in March. I am not getting any answers Just a run around the net for nothing. I want to cancel any account that I may have with Amazon! So I am getting charges on my account that I know nothing about. Why can't you just show me my account directly and let me cancel it out with no more charges?
