I asked for trials on rdp server on september 21, 2019 and they said they have no trials but they told me that I could buy the lowest plan, plan 1 and if I am not happy I could use "no question 24 hour refund" policy. I received the server and I logged in after 1 hour receiving it. Then I realized the server does not have enough performance and I asked for a refund as they suggested me to. However, they are claiming that there are no refunds on the type of my products but I was very clear about asking the specific type of product when they said I can refund.
