Centohost - Mixed Experience with Centohost: Good Service at First, but Disappointing Support During Outage
I've been using Centohost for a dedicated server for about 3 months now. At first, everything was going smoothly and I was happy with their service. However, recently my server went down for a whole week and I was unable to get in touch with their support team. This was a major inconvenience for me and caused a lot of frustration. Unfortunately, I have decided that this will be my last month with them. It's a shame because I was initially pleased with their service, but the lack of support during this outage has left a bad taste in my mouth.
