I bought the Allstate protection plan at Sam's optical. I hadn't had my glasses but about 3 to 4 months and got a scratch on them. So, since I bought the Allstate protection plan, I figured I'll just have them fixed. To make a long story short, Allstate said it's Sam's deal to fix them since I'm still under their warranty and Sam's said my warranty has expired and that it's Allstate's deal to fix them, so I am in limbo and still don't have my glasses fixed. The Lady at Sam's suggested that I get my eyes checked again so I can get new glasses. I have decided not to shop at Sam's Optical again. And I suggest thinking twice before getting the Allstate protection plan. For me it did no good and was just a waste of money.

Recommendation: Think twice before buying the Allstate protection plan !!!!!!!
