Canceled policy#: 820573193. In more than a year of dealing with all state, they have made many mistakes. The last time we changed our address because of moving, all states wrote to me, and I had to provide payroll to verify the new address. But in the end, I found out that they only changed my address to the mailing address, and my home address was not changed at all! Why? I guess it's because the premium for the new address is cheaper, and they should refund me the money. That's how they defrauded clients! So I transferred to progressive angrily. But late all state still sent me a $187.34 bill after my cancellation. I called them three times and emailed the new policy proof document with a start date on 2/25/2025 as their requested. It's impossible for us to have two car insurance policies at the same time, that's totally illegal.

But still they are trying to damage my credit rating and passed the bill to a collection company, continuing to harass us... I ask them to deduct this fee from the collection department immediately, otherwise I will file a lawsuit against them.
