Allstate Insurance review: No Communication from Agent Allstate or American National Allstate

In April 2026 I had fraud on my checking account. I Informed Allstate and American National who is associated with Allstate covering RV that I did not recognize american national on my account therefore I listed them as fraud which payment sent back to company I called and reversed that mistake to the bank, I worked with bank to make sure money was returned. because I did not know name of my Allstate company as American national because my agent did not tell me that. In doing so, neither American national nor Allstate informed me that I still owed on this RV for returned payment.
From April to September 2026 I never received an email, phone call, statement from my agent or American national. When I went to my local agent to pay my payment each month from May to Sept. 1 2026 My AGENT NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO ME ABOUT me owing a balance.
Because of American national and Allstate not informing of the a balance owed to them it is now on my credit as late payment or non payment. Now I have to rebuild credit because of Allstate agent and American national not informing I still owed a balance. I did not make the error. as they claim.

Recommendation: do not insure with American national and make sure your agent is informative and communicates properly so that you are not faced with the same situation
