I am writing to inform the Allstate Insurance Company that on July 20th. 2026 I had an incredible experience of submitting an insurance claim to Allstate. I was contacted by claims member Ms. Jenair Fearon. My claim number was # 0833579360. My issue was a broken main waterline underneath the driveway of our home. Ms. J. Fearon was committed to service and excellence that she assisted and approved claim # 0833579360 in a very expedient manner. Our water bill inflated daily due to the major leak / damage. Thanks to Ms. J. Fearon, my wife and I received assistance immediately to repair the leak / damage to our home.
THANK YOU so much ALLSTATE Insurance for employing and training an AMAZING Claims Member agent in Ms. Jenair Fearon, and THANK YOU Ms. Jenair Fearon for being an AMAZING PROFESSIONAL / KINDHEARTED PERSON.
