Clientele - Clientele took my money without signing any agreement

Clientele withdraw R250 without signing any agreement with me on the 24th of this monthand they withdraw it two times so all in all it R500 I want to cancel this debit order since I am not interested , I won't be able to pay each and every month since they will keep on doing. I want help to cancel this and if it might be possible I would like my money to be reversed because the amount of income I provide for myself is excremely less.

Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded and l'd appreciate a response please

Clientele - Cancellation

I was tricked into getting a clientele policy cover and I was told that I would receive a call from clientele to ask if I accepted the policy or not but I got no such thing, I never got a phone call from clientele to ask if I accepted the policy or not what I got was a debit order that I didn't agree to heck I don't even know what this whole thing is about R250 is being deducted from my account monthly and I can't afford that am still a student

Clientele - Want my money back

On the 1 December 2021 I phone them cancelling the policy I never took ND they told me to wait for 30 days to get back my money but when I call them today which is 31/12/21 I was told they can't refund me my money because 30 days has passed my question is why did they told me to wait for 30 day to get my money if they know they can't refund me back I want my money back please

Clientele - My money is being withdrawn without signing any agreement.

Clientele withdraw R250 without signing any agreement with me on the 24th of this month. Clientele - Ifa

Someone used my details and made joined IFA, R420 was debited in my account, they want to refund me R99. This is unfair because I didn't know and I wasn't aware, this is a scam.
I tried to call the service center and tired to cancel the debit order but it didn't work out.
They scammed me claiming that they got me a job so I must provide them with my Details but they didn't let me know about IFA contract I just saw a debit out of no where.

Desired outcome: To refund me my full money and solve the other cases because I am not the only one.

Clientele - Debit order

My money is taken without any signed agreement between me and clientele life and l am strictly relying on that 350 grant you have taken from my account without my permission. Don't bribe me because of poorer I am you are taking an advantage of. I didn't signed anything with you that give you an access to my account. I need my money back before l can expose you.

Clientele - Cancelation

So I am pissed with you guys for the poor services if asked to cancel you guys don't want to ..you rather suggest to froze the premium ..I agreed on three months you guys only froze it for one month and now I want my money back and want to cancel plz I've had enough this is utter bull I'm taking this matter forward with higher authorities I feels like you guys just in it for our cash cause all the claims I had I haven't got helped with any of them ...plz cancel and give my money back for Jack sake !

Clientele - Clientele rewards programme

R305 has just been debited on my capitec account and I cannot reverse it on my capitec app or branch, I was told that no money will be taken from my account as I had explained that I am unemployed I want my money back now and stop the policy or whatever it is!

Desired outcome: My money back and policy or what ever it is to be cancelled!

I have never joined your insurance suddenly you have debuted me without my permission... how could you do this to me coz am not working this is my grant 350 n l am left with 35, please reverse my money I am strictly relaying in it.

Clientele - unauthorised debit order

yesterday i got an SMS of a debit from clientel. the took R420 from my account which i never authorized, i dont remember joining anything from clientel. i went to capitec and the told me that they cannot reverse the debit as it has been blocked and i need to contact clientel to reverse. and i am not receiving any assistance from clientel. I'm a pensioner and i cannot afford to loose all of this money for something i did not sign up for. please assist

On 01 November I got sms of a debit from clientele. The took R250 from my account which I never authorized, I don't remember joining anything from clientele, only the person told me is support salary that show she did work and I didn't give her my account. I went to capitac and the debit as it has been blocked and I need to contact clientele to reverse. And I am no receiving any assistance from clientele. Inman unemployed and I cannot afford to loose all of this money for something I did not sign it for.please assist

Clientele - Funeral cover

Dear Clientele,
I want to lunch a complaint about a debit order transacted on my Capitec account. Yesterday, I received an sms from my bank that there was a debit order on my account by clientele with a debit check link payment 0041621871 . I went to the bank immediately to ask what the issue was, there I was told that it was clientele funeral cover policy l have the money was debited for. I told them that I never hold any funeral cover with clientele neither do I fill and sign any document with clientele. I asked the bank what can they do to stop or abolish the debiting or remove the policy. The answer they gave was that it is irreversible and there is nothing they can do. They then gave me a number to call clientele. One of their representative received the call and instead of resolving and proffering solution to my complaint, all he was saying was selling how good the policy is to me. I told him, I never apply for it neither do I need it. All I want now is for clientele to reverse the money (R310) to me and stop the policy with immediate effect.

Clientele - Debit order

Clientèle life funeral debited an amount of 266 in my account and I didn't sign up for any funeral cover I would like to get a refund and cancel that debit order that I didn't authorise off…I met with the guys at mall they said it won't debit on my account they just registering the agents will call to confirm if I want the funeral cover or not

I'd like to launch a complaint about the debit orders to the clientele policy of which I never agreed upon, they deducted R300 from my account and it can not be disputed. I would appreciate it if I can get as much help as possible. I need this policy canceled without further adure even reversing the transaction would do. Clientele - Debicheck

I received a message yesterday about a debicheck mandate of R285 and I just cancelled the message and clientele has the audacity to accept it on my behalf, that is unacceptable and I'm even a student. I even tried calling but it said you are closed so I sent an email hoping that you will resolvel the matter by tomorrow.
Please cancell that I do not want it.
For future references please do not do that you will receive a bad review for your company

Clientele - Debit order

Months ago I met a clientele broker who insisted I took their policy and I told him that I'm unemployed and still a leaner but he assured me that I won't have to pay for it and that this will help him get paid for bringing in customers. Saturday clientele deducted money (R243) from my account and I reached out to them to give me back my money and cancel their policy but they refused claiming it's impossible. I need my money back and wish for this policy to be cancelled since it's affecting me socially and I'm unemployed and I'm providing for myself.

Clientele - Debit order

I didn't open clientele policy but they deducted money from my account, they took all my savings sad part is that I'm not working I don't how i will survive without my savings, what they did is fraud cause I don't even remember giving my personal details to them, so what I'm asking myself is that how did they deduct money from my account without my knowledge, wasn't I supposed to receive those policy documents from them, and who did I cover, I'm really lost I don't know what to do

Clientele - Sim card

For like a year now clientele has been deducting my money for a sim card that i never even received. I have askd them soooo many times to cancel the debit but every single month they are stil debitting my money.
Can i please get a refund on all my installments that use are taking without my consent.
I was suppose to receive r300 atime every month aswell which i also did not receive. But my money is been taken every month. I dont think its fair what you guys are doing.

Clientele - funeral policy

Hello.
My name is George matodzi

i have a problem that i encountered with clientel life after the call center marketer called me to open a funeral plan for my family.

i opened the policy with the false assumptions due to the statement that the call center marketer said to me

" she said i can add up to and many as more that 10 family members and the premium will not change "

due to that i took the policy the issue started when i wanted to add members after some time the policy was already deducting cash for sometime.

i reported my problem to them and they accept that the marketer was wrong so i asked to pay back all my premiums due to the fact that i can not afford to pay more due to the fact that the account was opened under false presence.

I've always held Clientele with the highest of regard, but they disappointed me when I claimed to bury my brother. The 48hrs promise they sell, went out the window. I received the money a day after I buried my brother. I'm truly disappointed 😞

Clientele - Unauthorized debit orders

On the 23rd of September I noticed a deduction from my capitec account for a life insurance that I never signed up for, than I checked my previous sms's and found that on the 21st of August another R250 was reduced by clientele which shocked me because I don't even know what deal is it, benefits or any knowledge of the policy as I kindly ask that it must be reversed and canceled since I don't need any deduction that I don't know about and I tried disputing but im not allowed even to stop it for future reasons

I just meet the worker at the street they told me to register they wouldn't take my money until i confirmed by receiving a call and i did receive any call they just toke my money
