Allstate Insurance review: Do not purchase Allstate insurance

I had bought condo owners insurance from allstate.
Then tragedy struck and my condo was flooded.
I called to make a claim and it took days for me to actually speak with anyone. Ended up making the claim on line.
A few days later I get a call about my claim, then after a few more days an adjuster set a day to look at the damage at my condo.
My condo is a studio about 500sq ft.
My adjuster told me that my deductible is $5,000.oo and my coverage cap is 13,000.00 minus the deductable- that leaves about 8k to cover over 20k in damages. Now trying to move this claim along my adjuster rarely answers his phone and his message recording says he will call back - he didn't do that well.nor does his supervisor - she doesn't return calls either. Really difficult to reach anyone in that company - unless you are buying insurance, then they will be all over you.

Recommendation: Shop elsewhere for insurance
