I applied for a new car insurance quote over a year ago online. Allstate rep E. Asatryan Lic# as it appears on ad is OH75918 and telephone number is 818-883-2402. I responded I was no longer in the market for car insurance. Texts and emails won't stop even after multiple requests. The emails look shady and the violations of FTC, CA OIG and more lead me to believe there is either no management oversight even if he is an independant he still can't violate my rights. Curious as to what your solution is?

Claimed loss: N/a

Desired outcome: Stop illegal disruptive advertising of a disabled US Veteran. Illegal tactics cannot generate gain so I would like this handled internally instead of me contacting each agency that regulates the business and insurance companies in CA.
