Allstate Insurance review: Allstate auto insurance

Had a accident on Wednesday June 3rd, at approximately 1:30 pm, filed my claim as soon as I got home at approximately 3:00pmDropped vehicle off at dealers repair facility on Friday, June 5th. I received the dealers estimate on Monday June 8th. I never received or spoke with anyone from Allstate until I received their supplement on the 10th. The estimate from the dealer was 14,497.66, the supplement from Allstate was 8,598.58, that's when I contacted Allstate. Te first timeI called I got a voice mail stating that Mr. Goodie would be out of the office till May 4th. (?) I left a message, no return call. I finally got to speak to someone on June 16 and was informed that if I did not agree with their estimate that the dealers repair shop would need to contact him, Mr. Goodie. Thet would then discus what parts of the supplement needed to be adjusted. I contacted Francisco at the dealers, gave him the information I was given, and he began to try to contact Mr. Goodie and got the same message he'd be out til May 4th.Today I called Allstate to follow up, spoke with someone who did not give her name despite the fact I asked, she informed me that they didn't send it right and that she had spoken to Francisco. While I was still speaking with her Francisco was calling me. I ended the call with Allstate and called him back he told me "according to the notes by Mr. Goodie there were no other supplements to discuss. On Allstate's web page and their app on my phone there is a video and it CLEARLY states the if their estimate was lower than the repair facilities that's when Allstate steps in to cover the difference. If that's not false advertising I don't know what is! Now despite the 500.00 deductible it's going to cost me 5,302.00 to repair my vehicle and all because I won't use one of their repair facilitie, of which I have never heard of. My car dealers repair shop is'nt in their network. Last I checked that was applicable in health insurance.
