AliExpressdamaged items sent and refund not given

Below mentioned 3 Orders where the seller agreed to refund without returning the items as it was the seller who either send broken items or sent a wrong size . but aliexpress has its own dispute resolution team who decides that there will be no refund without returning the items (without reading the communication between the seller and the buyer or the attached proofs of images)

at the same time, the buyer has no option to appeal, or request to re check or reach out for a consideration. Thus no matter how the seller performs the buyer has to pay

Requesting for a refund without return, if it is the sellers fault.
