I am an old customer who used your company Ali Express since April 2015.
There were no major inconveniences when purchasing a variety of goods, but this time it is imperative that a complaint is filed.
I bought an alcohol distiller from Dibosh in April 2019 Order Number: [protected].
But something bad and unexpected happened.
When using the distiller with my rice wine (Japanese sake), it resulted in dirty sediments and dark oil in the distilled liquor. Please see the photograph.
Of course, before using the distiller for the first time, I cleaned the container, as well as the copper pipe.
However, even after distilling all 80 liters of rice wine, valuable and long aged, these sediments continued to emerge.
We drank the sake without checking it first and this resulted in severe stomach pain and diarrhea for a couple of days. So this is a real, completely unacceptable health and safety hazard.

Impurities in the distillate were found to be wastage of worn metal powder and waste lubricating oil. Waste lubricants and metal powders must have been deposited in the copper pipe itself for a long time.
I have communicated with experts and they believe it has been dissolved in the high-temperature alcohols during distillation.
This makes me reasonably suspicious that you have intentionally used a waste copper pipe with lubricant from some machinery.
Doing such an act that facilitates consumption of poison is a serious crime in our country. If you do not take action, I will escalate things and inquire with the New Zealand embassy.

After that I complained to Dibosh. They promised to replace the distiller and compensate for the damage . However, since June 6, they have not responded to my email and have completely ignored it without taking any action. As a customer, I feel manipulated, disrespected and cheated.
So, I will communicate directly with you.

The amount of compensation for the alcohol wasted is as follows:
Material cost ... $399/ [Kome Koji] 6Kg X $ 50 = $ 300 / Rice 30Kg = $80 / sake yeast = $19
Labor cost ... $399 (1 month labor)
Distiller …. $297

Total $1, 095

Material costs such as Kome koji can be found on Amazon. The basic nature of these circumstances is that the material cost and labor cost should be the same, which is perfectly reasonable in this situation.
I refuse to exchange new distillers when I can no longer trust them so I will return the garbage distiller with their conscience.

I appreciate your efforts to solve this. I look forward to receiving a response as soon as possible.

The seller closed the file but I didn't received my mobile phone yet also they didn't refund me the money, around two months I am sending messages that I didn't receive the mobile phone please follow your post to whom and which address you sent it and who signed for the receiving, but unfortunately the seller of this shop didn't take any action she waste my time. I haven't received my nail art stamping plate as I was supposed to. However, till date I haven't received my order. It's been 2.5 months. After receiving the product (wig) I realized it wasn't the same one that was being advertised. I then contact the riya hair seller and they express how I need to cancel my dispute because it is bad for business. I continue to express how what I received was not what is being displayed. The seller responded with offering me a bob wig and a refund of $15.00 dollars. Which I declined due to the fact the item I purchased was much more ($131.93) including what I spent to return their product at the post office ($26.50). Said I hadn't received an order. To which I was told that because it's free shipping it will only be delivered to local post office, I said that's wrong and all I got back was "listen, I am educated in these matters" but obviously some not as all my other orders which a lot are free have all been delivered correctly. I've got a problem about free shipping. I logged in to Aliexpress and I've set the shipping to Hungary . But nowadays i often find that even if in the result list it shows free shipping, when i click the item, most of the time it has a shipping fee. Same as if i filter for only free shipping items. This is true for 90% of the items i've searched for.
Is this a bug or what? It was working fine until few weeks ago, it was free shipping for the items.

Order done 3 months ago, to buy 20 diffusers from Spain warehouse. This order is a European transaction and should have arrive with 3 to 5 days after payment. However, without my knowledge or consent, diffusers were split in 3 packs and shipped from a different warehouse, They ere hold in custom services. I didn't received them. it's quite unfortunate that I have not received my order that I made .and the seller claims the order has already been received. I ordered from Africa, Nairobi Kenya. As I was thinking the supplies who are available on Ali express are verified. And trusted. But it is 2nd time I ordered something and didn't receive. No money return I have got m I open dispute once before but no usefull. Again I am facing the same issue with this supplier I ordered 2 watches male and female. Around 2 and half nonlethal before but still not received. As per Ali express tracking it completed. But I didn't received. Even In tracking no update after parcel accepted by the some deliver service provider.

If Ali express is not trust worthy app I have no issue to delete it. But have have got many order and. There 2 orders I am facing this issue. So hope the management will take some action again this supplier and accommodate me. Thanks

Yesterday 23 Jun at around 14.56 hr, I ordered a Seago SG507 toothbrush, pink +8 heads from Brandsproducts for US$15.61, I paid with VISA credit card, the bank then confirmed payment has been made. Hi,

I purchased a smart watch Lemfo LEM8. It was delivered about 3 months back and stopped working soon after it came out of buyer protection.

I had no idea that AliExpress makes it almost impossible to protect buyers after a few days.

It is still under warranty but the seller is asking money to repair it or is asking us pay for returns. The discussions have been going for over 3 weeks and they are delaying on purpose.
