Albertsons – refusing change for $100 bills at self-checkout

This store does not want to check out your groceries. They want you to do it. That's fine if you are able, but elderly and disabled people struggle with the self check out. The new policy that makes it even more difficult, is that they don't make change for $100 bills. What store does that? No more bags, no more check out, higher prices than ever, no customer service. I won't be back.
