Alaska Airlines review: Had enough!

Have been quite loyal over the years with Alaska. I understand stuff happens however it has gone from Ok to not acceptable. I have booked 10 upcoming flights and 4 of the ten were either significantly changed with 2 of them completly cancelling leaving me on one cancellation stuck overnight with fish i was bringing home from a trip. They could do nothing so i had to purchase on Delta a ticket for $815 for a 40 minute flight. Its been almost 2 weeks and still have not received the refund. The real deal breaker came when i was notified of a trip issue for a flight purchased 2 months ago that Alaska cancelled completely. When i tried to go back on a rebook the cost of the same flight was $6400 instead of the 3k originally. Shame on you Alaska!
