Camera Problems
Whenever there's a power interruption, cameras do not re-connect to mobile devices. This has happened before - cameras have to be reset manually by unplugging them. What good is this type of security system. I cannot reach anyone at Alarm.Com. When I try to reach them on-line they respond that my local vendor will contact me. If cameras do not reset automatically, and no one at Alarm.com will reset them remotely, this is a real security problem.
