Charter.net Always net down after midnight

I do have this problem quite but no ones fix that when we call too much wait and end of the day nothing happend every day we lost net after midnight I have a job which I can't make it on time now I'm going to switch fiber

Charter.net Bad service

There is a person using a charter.net email and possibly their ISP service as well, that is posting to the internet my real name and lies about me that are simply to terrible to repeat. I have complained to them and charter is doing nothing to stop this person.

I keep trying to pay my bill. Due to a virus I had to change my checking account and debit card. The auto answer cannot understand me, no teeth, and I am as frustrated a hell. You csallme with a real person and I will pay my bill
