I sent my cargo with Almas Cargo from UAE to Qatar by road. They promised delivery within 10 days, but now it has been over 1 month and still nothing has arrived. My shipment contains valuable items including laptops, and I am extremely worried if they have been lost or stolen.
Every time I call, they keep delaying: “tomorrow,” “after 2 days,” “after 3 days,” but no delivery. Even the freight invoice and receipt they only sent after one month of follow-ups. Their customer service is very poor, they avoid calls, do not provide any proper documents, and only respond when I mentioned going to the police. The person handling this, Ali (+971 50 988 2818), keeps lying with the same excuses and now even ignores my messages.
This is completely unprofessional and irresponsible service. I do not recommend anyone to trust them with their goods.
I have now collected all proofs of payment, receipts, and communication and planning to go directly to their warehouse to demand cargo. If they fail to deliver, will take this matter further with Consumer Protection and the Police.
Recommendation: ❌ PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY – they are cheaters and liars. ❌
