Due to improper package handlining the inside items were damaged and not able to use , not getting proper response for the compline regarding the damaged items how it's happen and further procedure and i lost the items and courier charges

I came to india from qatar, i send some of my product to india from Qatar with help of goodwill corgo and i had received my product today evening, after opened the parcel lots of my products, things and gadjets, dresses, eatables are missing. This was a biggest scam and biggest crime. So mind it...

If anybody needs to send your products by cargo dont use goodwill cargo company..

Worst cargo shipping company ever existed! unfriendly staff.. Delayed shipping.. Unprofessional at all.. My items were mostly broken when my cargo arrived. Worst!

I've sent parcel from Qatar to India on July second week, tracking number 5363 by goodwill cargo, at the time of sending they promised delivery within 45 days, unfortunately I received it after 110 days and all the things I've sent are damaged because of their unprofessional way of goods handling and delayed delivery

My brother sent a cargo on 27th may 2019.still we haven't received the cargo.They told us 2 weeks back that our cargo went to customer clearance and it's done, it will on the way to delivery. I called overthem on 1 week back again and they told us previous cargo is not ours. So it will went to custom clearence and will deliver by 20th July. Yet we haven't received any information about our cargo kindly help us on this issue.

Beware of this company. They say "As an autonomous freight forwarding company with an international network system, Goodwill Cargo has been found on a host of principles, professionalism, quality, and enduring dedication to you, our prized customer." But they lack in all these areas of principles, professionalism, quality and enduring dedication to the so called "prized customer". Customers aren't their focus. Money is their focus. My sister and her family used this company's service way back in July, 2016 and it's been over a year now and my sister hasn't received her cargo yet. They are constantly trying to reach out to this company but of late they have not been responding to any calls or emails. The company is not bothered when they were told legal action will be taken if the issue isn't sorted out ASAP. Please read the reviews of this company and utilize their service at your own risk. This company should not be in the business industry. We are figthing for justice and we do not want any others to be in a similar situation.

Dear sir or madam,

This is to notify to the desk of honorable director for subject matter, after my employment service ended, I sent total 10 cartoons of sea cargo to hyderabad, telengana, india; thru m/s. Goodwill cargo, located in mattar qadeem (Old airport road), near tea time above jelebia restaurant, dated on 02nd august '2016 which was collected from ezdan village 3, wakrah and unfortunately they have no delivered my cargo till date.

We are in frequent contact with those people via emails and sending our relative to their office to ensure to get my cargo deliver, unfortunately they are coming up with different excuses, however when we tried to speak hard to them they are bluntly saying do what ever we want or take legal action we don't bother.

Therefore, my heartily request to the honorable director to look into this matter and help us out to get our cargo deliver or any other alternative solution.

Your usual cooperation will be highly appreciated.

I send 65 cartoon Boxes of house hold items, used electronic gadgets furniture, oven and cloths approximately 2400 Kilo through sea cargo from Qatar with Two wooden boxes measuring 5X5X5 feet volume exclusively for valuable items on 18-05-2015 through Goodwill Cargo to India. I paid 30000 Qatari Riyal (9000 US Dollar) for Door to Door service I received 61 cartoon of cargo in completely damaged condition, my new cooking range oven micro wave oven music sets are complete damaged. Goodwill Cargo did not send cargo in wooden boxes. Two set of ward robs, chest drawer, dressing table, computer table dining chairs all teak wood items bed mattress are broken and unused condition. send 100 damaged goods picture Total worth of damaged goods is 46000 Qatari Riyal (12600 US dollar) Still I have to get 4 more boxes cartoons of goods since six months. Since six months I tried to contact Goodwilll Cargo official in vain. Goodwill cargo avoiding my call from India and neither responding nor replying my mail. In the month of July 2015 they promised to send investigation team to my residence in India. Since six month I spend 6000 Qatari riyal (1500 US dollar) for telephone. I lived in Qatar 24 years. I have been trying to get Goodwill Cargo to send my freight from Qatar to NZ for over 2 months.

I checked the quote the company had given me 4 times (this includes the day they collected and weighed my boxes), it was always consistent and this is what I budgeted for. Now I return from travelling to find they won't send it unless I pay them more. So, I have no choice but to pay them. However, they say they don't have the facilities to process a credit card payment and they won't send me their bank details (although they keep saying they will).

I have sent many emails- most of which they ignore and am spending a fortune on international phone calls. They never return phone calls if a message is left. They have never apologised or admitted that they have made a mistake in any of this process, they just say that if I don't pay the extra I can't have my belongings.

I am frustrated and angry but seem to have no recourse. I will have to continue dealing with these horrible people until (hopefully) I receive my belongings.
