Scam and liars and very rood talking to me.
1 month before send to my package. 1 month finished but not received my package I give him 2 telephone number but his telling to me I can't deliver your package to your home .I said why? His saying we are not provide your home .I told him ok.where is have my package I came to there you put the traffic police station .and his told me ok .5 o clock ⏰️ and I'm going there police station waiting there maby 2 hours and my package is not send there .and I returned call to him but his saying to me very bad rood to me .and told me tomorrow why like that that service bpl cargo please I need my package to my home. If I not met to my package tomorrow I send to twitter account

No compensation
I sent my two baggage's (Ship cargo )from Jubail TIT cargo, Jubail, Saudi Arabia on November 2020, and till now did not reached to my home. I sent them a lot of messages, but there was no reply. Finally I received the tracking numbers and told me to check on BPL cargo's website. They said the goods were still in the Mumbai port. I Called TIT Cargo several times and finally to BPL Cargo also because TIT did not answer. They were told they had nothing to do you have to follow with TIT. When I send my friend in Jubail to TIT Jubail and he was told that the goods had arrived at the godown in Ahmedabad. When I sent them a WhatsApp message yesterday, they replied that it was not yet clearance. So TIT lies to my friend, I would say TIT Cargo is the worst cargo in Jubail and Saudi Arabia. They are Behaving without any responsibility. I didn't receive my baggages since sent in November 2020. I received expired and damaged items on August 2021 and they promised that they will sortout and paid compensation. Now they are playing like a fraud with me.

it has been more than 02 months now till my parcel was stuck in the Mumbai seaport. there were dates and some dry fruits in the package for Ramadan Month. whenever I called the customer, they promised me within one week it will reach the destination within, it’s almost 3 weeks till it shows in the custom Clearance in Mumbai port. it was the worst service ever i have seen in my life. I have sent it so many times in cargo, it was reached within the delivery time. but this time I was sent through BPL and stuck.

Goods damaged during cargo to india
As I was informed that BPL Cargo is the safest and fastest services for your goods and they are properly delivered all your important things to your home country,
But this time I am highly disappointed as all my things were damaged and I suffered with a huge loss.
They promised me that all the things will be delivered safely to your home, but all of these were broken.
The major purpose for this complaint is, when you people feel that this item is not safe for sending and can be broken, then why do you receive it from the customer and why you can’t force them to not send?
Two months ago I sent 4 cartoons, there was some glassware in it and some other stuff like clothes, due to the break of the glass, the rest of my stuff got spoiled and all my kids’ clothes were torn.
If you know that there are glass items in it, then you should put a sticker of Fragile in it so that it reaches the customer safely.
I am making this complaint for compensation and taking strict action against your courier boy, and next time you are requested to send professional people who know how to pack professionally.

Pathetic Service, everything broken, No door to door delivery
I send to consignments from Riyadh to Pune. One Consignment received with everything inside was broken even I though I paid extra packing charges.
Second Consignment did not receive yet but in Pune they call us every day saying send someone to collect it, No door to door delivery is possible etc. They have their own rules...
And there is no one from BPL to take any responsibility for the damage and no received items...

Damaged items while shipping
I booked sea shipment per invoice no S0614882 from AlKhobar to Bhopal on 27.10.2021
I paid extra money for safe wrapping and safe shipment for glass items and washing machine.
After receiving the material it was found most of the glass items and washing machine is badly damaged. My Nike shoe is also missing.
Horrible company is BPL. Pls do not use these idiots for your valuables. Nihad of AlKhobar branch do not attend phone for any queries!

bpl cargo service is the worst cargo service. I have send the parcel through bpl cargo service, 4 months have been past but still the cargo has not reached its destination. I will recommend others not to send parcel through your service as the service provided is the worst service.
