my serious concern regarding a recent cargo shipment. When the goods were collected on May 15, 2025, I was explicitly informed that delivery would take approximately 40 to 45 days. However, as of today, July 8, 2025, I have yet to receive any update or information about the whereabouts of my cargo.

This lack of communication and the significant delay are unacceptable. I urge you to select cargo companies based on their reliability and ability to meet promised delivery times, rather than solely on factors that benefit their own business operations. Timely and transparent communication is crucial for our operations.
