Al Benner Homes review: Subpar product, zero after sales support

I'm disappointed in almost every aspect of this transaction that I could be. They held true to the price, but everything else has been a disaster. Delivery was off by a magnitude of months (yes, plural). The trailer showed up with many things wrong ; including that I couldn't even latch the front door. There's chips in the countertop, and the trim has quarter inch gaps, cut by, presumably Helen Keller. The furnace came wired incorrectly too.
The communication is awful. They're great at lip service, but that's about the end of the service provided. I've reached out a couple times stating my frustration since delivery - and I'm going on a month of hearing crickets. Unless you know this information moving forward, I'd choose someone else. This has been an awful experience.
