Al Benner Homes Manufactured Homes

Obviously I would not waste the time to come on here and write something, unless I thought it was important! We made the mistake of purchasing a "home" from Al Benner Homes. Wow! It's now 2 years later and there are many repairs that still need to be made. We wanted a home fast, we were stupid. Unbelievably poor quality of workmanship from start to finish. Very poor customer service after you have purchased the house. The walls were not aligned properly, the sheetrock throughout the house is cracked and all seams show. When their "experts" designed it, they put the chimney chase in front of a window. The manufacturer was no better. For some reason these people are allowed to falsely advertise their product and get away with it, no matter who we've complained to. Search for a contractor or friend or anything to build your most important investment...or be prepared for stress, time, and money.
