Can you give a zero star review? We worked with Michigan Mobile Home Connection to sell our manufactured home and avoid the excessive brokerage/commission by selling through our community. They also offered a larger network to market the home. Our experience was miserable. Showings were few and far between and we had multiple agreements fall through because of finance issues on the buyer's side that should have been identified earlier. There was almost zero communication, leadership, guidance, or any command over the process. When we had an agreement in place to sell the home, it took almost two months to close with no communication on timeline or expectations. When we closed, they did not have a check for us but the buyer was able to take possession and move into the home. Twice we had to rush payoff statements and pay $50 fees because they were so poorly organized to help close. Our realtor constantly asked for documentation we immediately sent to her. The realtor also did not communicate any issues on the bank's side regarding an expired driver's license for the buyer and provide title details to the banks. We're more than a week-and-a-half after close and still do not have our money while the buyer lives in our home. I'm sure I'm forgetting details, but I'm literally so livid right now I can barely think straight. I wouldn't trust this company to lock the door when it goes home, let alone provide reasonable customer service or leadership in such an important service as selling your home.

Hello, I bought a home from Redman Homes made by Champion Homes last year. We've had problems with the windows and no one has come to investigate. Instead, we received form letters from their glass suppliers explaining condensation. I contacted their Customer Service Rep, Trisha, but she didn't seem interested. No one came to look at the windows or followed up. I got a form letter from their supplier, which is just a way to avoid dealing with the issue.

I explained that we have a dehumidifier, efficient furnace & A/C system, R-50 in our ceiling, and 6" walls. Our windows were supposed to have Argon, but they don't. There are no rubber barriers between the panes. Shelley from Mobile Home Connection told us that the Anderson Windows we wanted were no longer available. Our windows don't even meet energy star rating. They are just two pieces of glass put together. In the summer, they condensate on the outside, and in the winter, they get so bad that we have to put towels under them to prevent water from puddling.

I am shocked that this is acceptable to your company. Tricia still hasn't scheduled someone to fix the missing trim on our bathroom window, even though she said she would three months ago. The estimate to get energy-rated windows is between $10,000 and $20,000. I wish I had pressed the issue earlier, but now it's not worth the effort.

I have dealt with several other issues in the home, such as crooked braces, missing insulation, faulty faucets, and siding that keeps falling. I understand that it's a manufactured home, but the windows are completely unacceptable. The letter I received from Lisa Glassburn/Glass Customer Rep didn't address the window issue, it just explained condensation. None of the other homes in our subdivision have these problems.

I understand that your company may not want to recognize the issue due to liability, but I expect you to at least look into it. You should also inform your retailers about the substandard windows and offer upgrades like ***. I also expect you to honor what Tricia promised and schedule someone to fix the missing trim on our bathroom window.
