We are working on our new office, got more than 20 calls from different airtel persons on my mobile for offering PRI lines and nobody has been able to submit the offer. they just keep calling. When I called to 121 for proper guidance on PRI, they said someone would call after doing the feasibilty check. They called but they called for broadband and not for PRI. I have also sent an email to 121 but no response yet. I do not know how does their system works? Do you know someone in Gurgaon who can help in PRI line connection with some knowledge

I received a sms mentioning my bill is xxxx. When I checked the bill there was a one time charge of 731 rs. I called customer care for clarification. They said they will email the bill to me of previous month which is listed as one time payment. No email ever sent.
They called me again. I asked for bill. They said they cannot email but they will courier it to me. No courier ever received. I guess not even dispatched.
And then one day they disconnected my phone.
No bill produced and they wanted me to pay the amount. But they cannot provide the bill.
Why the hell they cannot send my own bill to me ?
If thats a genuine charge share the bill?

I had registered a complaint against our digital TV regarding the Refund. It has been 35 days since then and we have kept calling the customer care many times to remind them of our complaint (refund) but they don't even care to look at the complaint once. They often told me that your problem will be solve within 24 and 48 hours and give me a call within 2 hours.But my problem is continue made. I had to finally turn to consumer court for help so that these gays don't repeat this behaviors with anyone in the future.

We are bought the two cug postpaid sims in airtel tirupur branch.
(kumaran road, opp maniam classic hotel). tommorrow the sim activated. but after 1 week the outgoing calls are cut. only incoming. after two days it was ready. we call to sumathi and ramachandran, both ask me it was a verification problem. ok. after one week again the same problem. the out going calls are barred. after two days incoming calls also barred. today our sim is compared to toy. not useful. this reason will create the bad name to my company. parties are not trust to my firm. because our contact numbers are untrusted. so we call to ramachandran and sumathi both are not responding this problem. both persons are not to take care of this. but we need solution to this problem. so please forward this complient to airtel head office and take the actions immediately.

I have airtel dth connection from past year.My Airtel DTH I.D is [protected] It started giving problem about six months back of no signal every fortnight.for getting service we have to really run from pillar to post, frantic calls to airtel cusotmer care and executives are good for nothing. Airtel engineers close the calls without even speaking or visiting customer forget about solving problem.Airtel DTH was bought by me on goodwill of Airtel in broadband service and Airtle Mobile service which i enjoy from apst many years. I am repenting my decision today. Again it is not workjing from 12th of October 2010 and till today i.e 18th october 2010 i must have done atleast 20-30 calls to cusotmer care . I laugh at the name cusotmer care.There is nothing called as customer for them and care is not their in their dictionary.Due to brand name of Airtle many people will keep falling in their prey and their business will keep on running. Cusotmer care is doing great job in closing customer complaint to make their numbers in uptime gurantee.

I took airtel life time connection in the year 2002 with no:[protected] and submitted the id proof as required airtel later when they asked for it. after so many years they started demanding submission of id proof again and they gave details of an outlet at krishna nagar (opp: icici bank) hyderabad. with lot of difficulty, today i. e. 6.10.2010, when I approached the outlet, the person at the outlet recklessly informed me that they were not having required forms and inspite of their reminders, the airtel people did not supply the forms to them and advised me to go to some other place to submit the id proof. when I asked for concerned telephone number to get the issue resolved, they have not cooperated.
Through this forum, I wish to let m/s. airtel know that customers should not be troubled like this, particularly when there are other service providers in the market. now, if my phone is disconnected, I shall shift to another service provider by submitting the same id proof etc. without any trouble. m/s. airtel if they are interested to retain my subscribership, may talk to me on my phone and give a resolution.

I reseived a sms" your number has won the sum of R95000 in 2010. Airtel promo with ticket no 005p. for details call [protected]" wich I did and spoke to "william" he told me to buy a voutcher of R120 wich I did. After using the number I phoned him and gave him the voutcher number.he was so angry because he told me why did I used the number. I told him that he only need the voutcher number to activate the number and then he will forward it to the account department. He was so angry that he put the phone down and I never heard from him again. I can forward the sms if needed
Untill july 2010 I was charged rs. 50 per month for parallel ringing and effective aug onwards airtel revised the charges to rs 1.20 per call as incoming charge for every call I answered on my cell phone instead of landlines, the biggest scam was none of these charges were explained in the invoice nor was I ever informed that these charges have been revised, when I called up the call centre lately I was told that aitrtel will not list the details of cost of parallel ringing on the invoice and also they did not inform me about the change in service plan because that's what their policy is,
So I have a charge on my invoice for rs800 and no information its only when you call the call centre they will tell you its the charge for parallel ringing that is presented on the invoice and dues to some constrainsta they will not mention it on the invoice,
Airtel has gone far away from being a customer centric company to fooling customers and trying to get the cost from indian customers for which they spent in buying zain.
After this episode I have totally lost faith in this company and do not wish to be associated with them in any which ways I would recommend other customers to be extremely cautious of the billing from airtel because some people are being cheated by them.
I have a prepaid connection which gets 3-4 Push Mails daily containing pornographic contents from Airtel. It contains messages like "Hot Bikini Babes, Free Girls, FTV girls, Hot girl pics etc." I have written them several times and contacted them to stop this menace but to no avail.
Their customer support say, this can not be stopped. I must disable push mail service from my handset. Is this a solution?
I am also getting voice calls promoting their ring tones and caller tunes. My phone number is registered under NDNC registry but it does not solve the purpose. They also keep on sending promotional SMS messages.
A few days back they activated "Airtel Picture Post Friendship". I never heard of it earlier. It was again a nuisance which contained several unwanted SMS messages.
I contacted the Nodal Officer of Airtel, customer support several times but I am still getting the promotional alerts. Be careful if you want to continue with this cheap kind of company with cheap promotional tactics and useless customer support.
I'm from Noida & using the Airtel connection from quite some time & from last few months we are facing a problem of "frequent packet drops" which is resulting in frequent disconnection while joining web meetings. Every time a new SR is opened and closed but the problem remains there.
The last complaint lodged was [protected] and we were promised to provide resolution. Without even visiting at our home the complaint was closed with comment "LAN card not working" while at that time no-one was at home and the modem was switched off.
The same guy visited last time and despite our plea that the LAN card is working properly because we have been using the same LAN card to connect to our office network without any issue, this guy closed the case with the comment that LAN card is not working. Just to brief you that we are using 3 laptops and all have the same packet drop issue.
Another guy who visited our home said that packet drops are common & that it is not even an issue & that broadband connection is just for browsing purposes & not for web meetings & that we should go in for a leased line.
All this makes me wonder if people at Airtel are even qualified enough to resolve this problem than to keep on giving me such excuses. In a nutshell, i can say that i'm really pissed by the kind of pleas and resolutions your technical team is providing from last 2 months but have no capability to resolve this problem.

got airtel dth connection 1 year back. not able to recharge. several calls to customer care has not yielded any results. customer care executives kiran, satish, syed, etc., are least bothered with the complaints lodged. better to close down the company, when the services are so bad. fed up of calling customer care. wonder what their bosses are doing. may be they are also like their staff very irresponsible. would advise all don't ever take airtel dth connection and regret later. as spoken to customer care, the complaints would be used for training purpose is ridiculous. the highest bosses should be trained properly in teaching their staff to attend to the complaints. else it is better to stop these gimmicks in fooling the customers as it amounts to harassment. please wake up from the slumber all airtel dth service bosses and take your staff to task for not carrying out customer service properly. i would also like my dth service to be cancelled at the earliest. kindly confirm the action to the following number-[protected] mr. umesh. goodbye to airtel dth service. - umesh arikady.
Grievance regarding ABUSIVE calling
I am a platinum regular airtel customer and have a landline (4318188) & mobile airtel connection ([protected]) which is in use. We had also taken up broadband connection from airtel (4540103) which unfortunately gave us a lot of problems as for months at end the internet never used to work hence we got it disconnected.Inspite of the fact that the internet was not working airtel had been sending us bills and we had spoken to the customer care that if the internet was not working then on what basis were these internet charged bills being sent to us. Regarding this internet connectivity problem which we had been facing with we had spoken to Mr. P.L.Gupta at this no-4441255. He assured us that somebody shall come from the office to sort out the problem, but nothing of this nature ever happened. We still continued to receive bills which were absolutely not valid and when we tried speaking to Mr Gupta he was never available.
Now since past one week, all of a sudden, we stated receiving continuous abusive calls after every 2 minutes from airtel connection center from this [protected]. The caller was very rude, illiterate and he used very bad abusive language which he had no right to do so. He crossed all limits when he continuously started called my school going child and ailing mother with the same abusive language giving them unnecessary mental torture. I am taking legal action against this sort of behavior. All this mental torture for a meager amount of Rs 2000/-. Is this the way airtel works?
Money had never been an issue. Kindly go through my past payment records. All my payments have been made very timely. If Mr. Gupta had sent in some decent airtel officer we would have sorted it out in an amicable manner but this is a bit too much. I am now planning to take strict legal action this collection center agent for the sheer mental harassment which he has given to all of us. He has no right to call my family members & everybody else for payment for the phone number which has been disconnected. This is ridiculous attitude on your part.
Please intervene and get this sorted out on priority. Please do the needful at the very earliest
