I am very frustrated with this Airtel connection because i took this connection 1.6 year back and recently one day suddenly i'm unable to call to any number and i called to customer care number and those ppl told they have activated Call barring because my address proof which i submitted is not enough or wrong again i have to submit and without intimating me those ppl how come they activated call barring service i asked the same question to them then the seconda time on the same day i was unable to contact customer service also because those ppl blocked [ after pressing 9 It is saying something instead of directly routing that to customer care and after that call is automatically disconnecting ] me those are not at all concerned with customers . I submitted again all the docs required and after few 2 days back suddenly from afternoon onwards it is showing as no service i tried but it is showing as SIM REGISTRATION FAILED. What the heck those ppl thinking that customer will stick to you ppl only . Now a days ever body providing better offers than AIRTEL that to in my home i'm not at all getting the signal i have rush out if i get a call to speak.
That's why now a ppl are not preferring AIRTEL btr to take some other sim. AIRTEL Which don't have signal and at the same time bad customer service.
I was working with bharti aitel services limited (inida). From 30/01/2008 to 05/08/2009 as sr. Executive under employee code 50704 with pf no hr/ggn/10693/024388. I received my full and final payment from company on 07/09/2009. And than I summit my pf form to bhubaneswar office in the month of november but till date they not give any respond of that. And at the same I also complete in pf grievance cell. Till date I not receive any information from them.
It is my humble request to you please look in the matter in urgent basis.

In the month of 27-30June’10, I was at Rourkela and further I was at Bhubaneshwar from 27-30 july’2010.
While dialing TataWalky no. from my Mobile from Rourkela, the message used to be “Please check the no. you have dialed” and I was unable to call residence from Airtel mobile whereas my wife was able to contact me .
Last month, I was at Bhubaneshwar from 27-30 July’2010. The same problem occurred again and I was not able to contact residence using my above said Airtel mobile. The message was same this time also i.e. “Please check the no. you have dialed”.However, my wife was able to contact me.
These cellular operators simply make a fool of their customers when any technical problem come. Hope this problem may get solved.

I want to complain for Vijay Shanker Gupta who is a sales officer in airtel broadband. my father called him up for a broadband connection on 24/07/2010. Mr. Gupta called up my father the same day and even decided the time for meeting. He came the next day, i.e. 25/07/2010 (Sunday). Took 1800 cheque from my father and promised that will get our internet connected within 3 days. Since then he stopped calling and contacting us. On 1/08/2010 my father called him up to find out that why has he yet not turned up, he said he was not sure that we can avail the facility as there is no connection point near our locality. Mr. Gupta asked my father to wait till 5/08/2010 because he said he was trying to get a point for net connection. When he didnt turned up on 5th I called him up on 6th he said he will return the cheque tomorrow. He never contacted after that. I called on 8/08/2010, he said that he cannot return the cheque today as today is sunday, and he did'nt even turned up on monday too...its 9th aug 2010 today and we hav yet not got our cheque. kindly take some strict action on the staff management.

I had recharged my prepaid phone with top up amount of INR 99 using Mcheck services. I have lifetime Validity on my card. after sometime i got a message saying that I have topped up with 10rs only... I was wondering what happened to the rest of the amount and called up the customer care division to sort this out. They were like the amount has charges towards the life validity on the card. Informed that I have validity for life time and I should be charged for something has already paid for. The agent was rude and cool to say that is how it works and no refund will be provided. Now I have lost 89 rs to something that I have already paid for. This is very frustrating and stealing money in broad day light...
I had been regulary sending the emails from customer care to Apellate officer regarding call drop on my landline Airtel no. [protected] since last few months & everytime I use to receive an acknowledgement mail from [protected]@airtel.com that my complaint will be sorted out in next 24hrs but all in vain. It appears that it is a routine affair for the company.
I would like to warn all mobile consumers who are planning for airtel connection. Plz refrain from using airtel connections, they are bloody thieves, charging for services which we have not subscribed to, and here is a new way of cheating customers, my mobile no.# [protected] (Sim #[protected]) was switched off for one month and just yesterday I switched it on, it says unregistered sim, I contacted the customer care office, they said that the no. Is deleted from the airtel database, there is no way u can restart it, I had nearly rs 70 in it. They had provided me with lifetime validity, if it says lifetime validity why the hell they deleted my no. From the database for not using for one month. This has happened the second time when I lost money and the no. Too. When I go through all the consumer complaints I find that airtel has most no. Of the complaints, they are unethical company, and I going to ensure the airtel company that I am going to the consumer court regarding this (My no. Being deleted & the charging for services which we have not subscribed to), as I am not going to take this lightly & make the airtel guys pay for it & also, me and my 9 friends have decided to stop doing business with airtel and they are going to unsubscribe their airtel connection on ethical grounds. I dont know whether the airtel people care or not, but at least this will ring bells in the minds of the existing and future airtel customers.

According to Friend Scheme of airtel there are happy hours between 3 to 5 and 11 to 8 in which you can call any airtel number at 10 paise per minute. When i call at 3:25 at noon on 30-1-09 to airtel number they charges me at 1 Rs per call, it must be 10 paise per minute.when i call to customer service and ask about there server time then he told me that it is 3:10 at noon and actual time that time is 3:45 at noon .when there is server time is wrong then there is no possibility to enter a valid timing entry. There server time is wrong and it is complete cheating to customers. I want to take actions against them.

Airtel Tamilnadu is cheating the customers by activating the Value added services like Caller tunes without the knowledge of the customers. When I called up customer care, they said sorry and deactivate it, but no refund of the amount charged. This is Pankaj chawla (m) [protected] from LPS Bossard Pvt Ltd(having near about 250 CUG connections, but i m very much disappointed with the services of Airtel( not only for the basic service of network they are providing but the way of handling customer complaints). on 11 of July i had registered the complaint regarding the no network in my house(add: 829/22 Jhang colony, near Bajrang Bhawan Mandir) and intially i had given the date of 16th to close this complaint, but when on the due date when it was not closed from that day till today i had called several time to diff diff Customer Care exe.s but not even a single person had taken my complaint seriously and gave me the next target date for the closing of the complaint.
i know there may be a big technica fault and it can take time, but atleast i have to be informed the next closing date for complaint. when i had also complaint to Mr. Amit Kumar Raina from Airtel, they had given me the Fake dates of 23rd for the closing of the same( i had not recd any message for the same confirmation also ) and the same thing happened that on 23rd also the complaint was still open
pl confirm me the reason that from 11th till today why the complaint had not closed and why the people from Airtel had not given me the next target date.

But in july month-2010 Airtel company temporarly disconnect the all above numbers due to submission of documents. Then my wife again submitted all required doccuments with new forms (which are filled by me) at Airtel office, CAD-Circle, KOTA-Rajasthan on date 17/07/10. Then above all airtel nos. are reconnected. Now, I received massages from AR-Airtel on dates 23/07/10 & 25/07/10 that "you submit your doccuments".
So, please check the mater. Why I again submit the above doccuments which are recently deposited on dated 17/07/10 at Airtel office, CAD-Circle, KOTA-Rajasthan.
2. When my wife arrived at Airtel office, CAD-Circle, KOTA Rajasthan to submitted the above doccuments then their agent Mr. Vinaay misbehaved with her.
So please take action against Mr. Vinaay imediatly & suspend him.
the airtel broadband wasent what it usd to be. their server has been down 5-6 times in this month. resulting in 4 day internet crash at first, then 2-4 hours each time. if you call them their no. is always busy or you have to wait plenty of minutes. airtel experiences a great reputation in broadband companies. it doesent suits them to behave like a govermental departement.

On July 9, 2010 I purchased one airtel world sim along with a prepaid
connection for my daughter from [protected]@M-block Connaught Circus, Delhi
The staff there was very cooperative and efficient within 24 hours the
sim was fully functional and was very impressed with the services
provided by Airtel. To carry this good fortune further i decided to
change broadband connection at my residence from MTNL to AIRTEL and
the story begins. Here it is
1. I booked broadband connection for my residence, xxxxxxxxxxxx,
New Delhi 110015, in 1399 plan on July 15, 2010. Since i was migrating
from mtnl to airtel, on my request airtel number 011-45xxxxx6 was
reserved for me.
2. I was assured that the connection will be up and running by late
3. On saturday evening, DSA asked me to talk to AIRTEL staff Mr
Abhinav(?), TSM(?), 98xxxxx89. He told me that the telephone wire is
out of stock so the installation will take place on Sunday
4. On Sunday (18-July-2010) I was told that DP is choked new DP needs
to be installed. The DP(RNxxxx706) closest to my house has only two
wires coming out of it. How can DP be choked ?? strange !!!
5. July 19, 2010: Mr Arijit, Area Manager, 9810xxxx89 told me that
"It seems that the pair in DP reserved for the number is not working".
He also assured me that by 19-july-2010, 1730 hrs they will inform me
the status. Unfortunately, i did not receive any Information from his
office till today.
6. The telephone numbers of Mr Abhinav and Mr Arijit were given by DSA
and the kind of replies i got from these gentleman were absurd so
decided to approach 121.
7. Complaint no 352xxx34 dated 19-july-2010 was registered with 121
with an assurance that within 24 hours the matter will be resolved
8. Complaint no. 35xxxxx dated 21-July-2010 was registered again with
same assurance as in 7.
9. Complaint no. 354xxx689 dated 22-July-2010 was registered and was
told that all three complaints are forwarded to back-end (???) and the matter
will be taken up on priority.
BTW the telephone number alloted to me 011-45xxxx16 is active and I am
registered with airtel.in. The wiring/instrument/wi-fi modem etc are

I Jatin Gori the user of Airtel connection has faced much tough time for the services rendered by you. I am facing this problem since February 2008 so please look into the matter and let me know how better you can help me out.
In the year January 2008, I had purchased VIP No: [protected] with a prepaid connection & this number was allotted to me by M/s Rahul Enterprises & the payment was dealt in cash for which I was assured that they would give me the receipt for the same but I haven’t received the receipt till date.
Then in the month Febuary 2008, the above said number was converted from Prepaid to Postpaid under the “Bonanza 199 plan” by M/s Frontline Sales Ltd & all the valid documents for the same are with me.
Thereafter, within 4 days without even intimating me or giving me any further prior notice the customer service department discontinue the services which was rendered to me by M/s Frontline Sales Ltd & on asking the valid reasons from the Customer service department told that this number was allotted only to Mr Mohit Gupta.
For this I had intimated to M/s Frontline Sales Ltd they told me if nothing is done they would allot me the other new V-VIP number with the same benefit. If this all is happening within the company how one can get the justice so I please request you to solve the matter as soon as possible.
My worry is that I hold all the valid legal documents which states that this number is registered under my name & they are not even bother about it. At least the customer service department should inquire that who legal owner to whom the number is allotted.
Last but not the least I have already complaint twice (First on February 2008 when the connection was disconnected & secondly the recent date on 30-12-2009) but no heed or any action has taken place so I am requesting you again to take a strong action against to the complaint made by me. Please solve the matter & also take the legal action as soon as possible.

This is regarding my request for change of plan from 512 kbps to 4 mbps via request number [protected]. Here is the
chronology of the case:
10-July- Logged the request# [protected] for change of plan. I was told that this will be done by 15-July
14-July - I got a call on my cellphone from Airtel, informing me that plan has been migrated and I can check the
bandwidth increase by switching off and on the modem. As I was at work at that time, so did checked this during
evening, but bandwidth was still 512 kbps only.
15-July - I called up 121 and spoke to Veer Vikram Singh and he told me that this wil be done in 24 hours, i.e. on
16-July - I called up 121 and was told that this wil be done in 24 hours, i.e. on 17-July
Since then I have been calling up 121 daily (except for Sunday) and each time the agent and their supervisors (Mr
Anwar, Gaurav, Bharat and today Ms Aarti and Amrita) are giving this 24 hours resolution assurance each day. So,
from 14th July onwards I am getting this 24 hour resolution assurance and this has been shifting each day.
I am sure, that all these are mere assurances and nobody is actively looking at my service request and that is why
it is not getting out of this eternal 24 hour cycle.
I have been an Airtel customer since 2001 (for my mobile), and my interactions regarding my mobile phone account
have always been good. But this broadband issue has been a very bad experience to me.
Request your help in early resolution of the same.

I am unable to understand how the number was deactivated
without being informed. I had network problem even when I
was in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu circle. When I visited Airtel office
there I was told it was roaming issue. After I returned to Mumbai
I had network and even Blackberry service was available.
After calling the Airtel customer care I was told that the number
was registered in Some Mr Ashish's name. I had given copy
of passport and photo of mine to the dealer in Nerul. When I
contacted the dealer he informed me that he had given my documents
only to the person who comes to collect. The mistake was done by
Airtel only. I think there should be a balance of Rs 700-800 in that.
How can you just forfeit that for no fault of mine. Due to sudden
deactivation of the number and blackberry I have gone through very
difficult time since I had given this number to many for my work.
I request you to give a proper solution or I will have no other alternative
left than to go to consumer court. It is not just matter of some money.
Service providers can not just take us for a ride causing inconvenience
to the customers.
Now I have taken another number [protected] in pune in Vikram Venu's
name on 12th July and trying to activate Blackberry but not able to do so.
When called customer care am told that it is still not registered in his name
and I have to visit Airtel gallery for the same. What is happening in Airtel?
Most of the galleries are closed down and we have to go far in search of gallery
and even we visit no proper response from them.
