Keep getting multiple emails that there is a problem with porting. Email does not allow reply. Airtalk puts people on hold indefinately when attempting contact by phone. I have had lifeline for years with qlink governed by tmobile & customer service with all lifeline carriers has no or very poor customer service. On a phone call I was suddenly cut off & after jumping thru many hoops found out qlink closed. After reapplying for lifeline — was told I already have it and need only choose a new carrier. Carriers have made it impossible to make contact & do not call back when opted to press "1" for a call back. Is the lifeline service shutting down completely in january 2025
