Airtalk Wireless review: Customer service

I've Called every number I can find for them and I still cannot get anyone to pick up the phone to answer a question that is not on their list for instance the application is asking for a cell number for verification I do not have a cell phone that's why I'm applying for a government phone How do I fix this I feel it is redundant for them to require a cell phone number from you if you're applying for one of their government phones It should be obvious that if you have to apply for a government phone then you Most likely do not have or cannot even afford a cell phone I offered my landline number but that didn't seem to work
