I purchased a Virgin flight through Air Canada - using points and cash. I did this because Air Canada failed to allocate my points from a recent overseas trip to my Virgin loyalty programme as I had requested. Following repeated attempts to call the Australian Air Canada phone number to request transfer of points and only be on hold for hours at a time, I decided to book a domestic Virgin flight through Air Canada using points and cash.
Today I notice that in my bank account there are 2 flight payments pending instead of only the one I purchased. I have tried to call (domestic and international) , send an email and reach out via social media. All to no avail! All the international numbers are no longer current.
Desired outcome: A response would be nice, both to reassure me I will not be over charged, and potentially that I can navigate a refund should that be required.
