I traveled with my family, including a 3-month-old infant, from Abu Dhabi to Chennai on 06 October. Our journey began in Toronto, where we checked in five pieces of luggage — three large and two small. Upon arrival in Chennai, only one large suitcase was delivered. The remaining four bags have not been returned to date.
We filed a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) immediately at the Chennai airport, but despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no meaningful progress or communication from your team. The delay in locating and delivering our baggage has created an extremely distressing and difficult situation for our family.
As parents traveling with an infant, the missing bags contained essential baby care items, including feeding supplies, formula, baby clothes, diapers, and medication. The unavailability of these necessities has made it incredibly difficult to care for our child during this critical time. We have had to urgently repurchase supplies in an unfamiliar location, at additional cost and under significant emotional stress. The situation has disrupted our entire travel experience and daily routine, especially when managing an infant who requires consistent care and comfort.
This level of inconvenience and lack of basic support from your team is simply unacceptable.
