Air Arabia Could not travel due to wrong guidelines and supervisor airarabia trivandrum very rude with senior citizen

Dear Team,

Please make a note passenger was having all the necessary documents which you mentioned on your travel guidelines. I did not get an answer or solution which I was complained my complain is genuine. I am requesting you to go through the travel guidelines

All vaccinated passengers with E-Visa arriving in sharjah and ras alkhaimah are allowed from India

As a traveller always I will follow your guidelines and no where mentioned that E Visa cany only travel after 14 days of vaccination so it's not my fault requesting you to reissue the ticket according to my preferred date and time and that's my right

And also your trivandrum crew supervisor treated 62 year old citizen with this scenario without any courtesy and rudeness which I am not expecting from such a reputed airline

Hoke you will consider an reissue the ticket

[protected] jariyath esmail esmail kunju could not travel today because of the unclear airline guidelines. passenger not allowed from air Arabia Trivandrum airport crew & restrict to travel due to the non completion of 14 days after vaccination which did not mentioned in your airline travel guidelines. E-visa vaccinated passengers can travel and there is no days mentioned in your guidelines and also was done all the required pcr test as per your guidelines and cash lost due to the travel restrict. so requesting you to reissue the ticket according to my preferred travel date and time. If I was aware while booking and also after receiving your ticket and guidelines this was not mentioned thatswhy I booked the ticket. If not I will use this guide lines which you send to me and file a case against your airline and that's my right.

Air Arabia Cancelled flight refund

Hi,

I was having returned flight in airarabia on 18 Aug 2021 which was cancelled by airline without notification. Now in refund I am getting the amount which is very low.
Due to cancelled flight, I have to book another flight which cost me more and I have suffered more.
Please can you provide me full refund without deduction of the amount a sit was not my mistake at all.

Air Arabia RESERVATION NUMBER (PNR) - [protected] - Refund

Dear Air Arabia teams,

I am following for my refund for quite a long time. I have incurred huge cost from my side due to the unavailability of flights during June and July where I was forced to pay through repatriation flights more than double of the ticket cost which I had booked with Air Arabia.

Now I see no response from the team for the same. I had even shared my incurred ticket cost as a proof for the same.

Air Arabia Baggage delayed for 6 days!!!

I would like to inform you about Air Arabia where My wife and Baby (INF) traveled from AUH to KTM, (7th August 2021) when they reached there been informed their baggage (both 37 KG) will arrive only 12th August 2021, Which was totally shocked for us.

Now Very essential things for my baby (Medicine, Clothes, Diapers and Feeding bottles) and the worst things are babies has a Doctor appointment today (9th August 2021) and UAE pediatrician prescription paper file also hold on same baggage,

Since 3 days I Called Air Arabia Customer care till the moment didn't get their thought and response, You can Imagine one mother how can survive without your personal belonging including your infant baby in this pandemic time and she needs to hold her journey KTM valley until the baggage arrival date which is totally unpractical and silly.

Please we need your high attention in this Issue.

Air Arabia I prepone tiket 9 September to 9 August tickets received 9 September only

I prepone tickets reservation 9 th September to 9 August. But I received 9 September itself. I complint raced customer care they do not agree my complaint. Customer services people only support their staff only. Reservation no67555532 and66295401. Please help me. Again I payed extra huge amount.

Air Arabia On board service dispute

Dear Sir,

We have travelled yesterday (06.08.2021) from Chennai to Sharjah G9472 flight.

During booking we selected the economy with check in luggage and meal ( Sandwich & Water ).

After flight service started on board, your cabin crew denied to provide sandwich and water and stated that i am not eligible to the same. We are totally four of family members. Similar case experienced with front seat passenger and they do not even have the money to buy it for their child. Finally we could spend my from our pocket and purchased by paying cash. And even UAE ADCB credit card was also not accepted.

As you are aware that due to covid restrictions we could not even find any refreshment stall at the chennai air port and depend on only flight food -sandwich. We reached airport much in advance to complete the formalities.

Literally made our journey discomfort with Air arabia.

we would like to know what will be your reply and how will you compensate the same.

Air Arabia changing of booking/ BLUNTER MISTAKE OF YOUR BAHRAIN CALL CENTER STAFF

First i booked flight from Bahrain-Sharjah and connection flight Shj-Jaipur on 31-07-21 and 01-08-21, after that i want to confirm the flight which was not regularly going from Shj-Jai. I mailed to contact team. Then they replied next day saying that your Shj-Jai flight date changed from 01-08-21 to 02-08-21. But they did not change my Bah-Shj. Flight date. They could have done that too. By changing the date to 01-08-21. Then i called in the call center of Bahrain and talked my concern about changing the Bah- Shj travel date only. Then he said that we have to cancel the whole booking and make a new one. Then i said its fine these all thing happened today 29-07-21 at 3.50 pm Bahrain time. I was on the phone with your call center for more than 30 minutes and the call got hanged. Then again i tried contacting the call center and some other lady answered the phone and said whether you want re- booking on jai-bah trip. I told no. Then she told me your bah-jai booking already cancelled. I can do only for jai-bah booking. After a while she told me someone will call me. She gave me reference no.1061299. Before there was another reference no. [protected].I saw one mail around 5.34 pm saying they tried to call but not reachable, i badly want to travel to jaipur so i made a new booking completely . I want to refund my money back which is around 165 bd for my first booking. Its absolutely your call center staff mistake. I asked many times just to change only one date of bah-shj. All other travel dates are perfect . Its hardly earned money. Not my mistake.I know your refund policy. But this is due to your staff mistake, i need to get refund my money. I cant wait for a chance in last minute. So i made a new booking in same root. Please let me know. I will not be travelling in this sector any more time. Because my native is kerala (s. India)
until now i did not receive any e mail on my cancellation done unnecessarily by your contact team and other details

Air Arabia Refund of the cancellation flight

Dear Sir/Madam,
Have a good day. Reference number for my complaint is 1020397 in Air Arabia Airlines.

-My Issue is that due to some restiction in UAE. The flight for 11-07-2021 is got cancelled by Air Arabia. When contactede the customer care.They aggred to refund the amount. But later on i am receving the message that your amount will be in credit for the next one year.

-Due to pandamic situation it is not possible to travel to india and came back to Saudi Arabia twice in a year.

-Kindly consider this situatuon and refund the amount for the ticket cancellation ASAP.

Air Arabia Subject: complaint regarding duplicate payment for baggage

Dear Team,

This is with reference to above mentioned subject we had purchased the ticket through travel agent (Booking Ref: [protected]) with 40KG baggage included in the cost, then again we paid online amount of AED 494.40 through my credit card no. [protected]) assuming that we had booked another 40KG baggage for both passengers. But when we went to the check-in counter have been advised by staff that the baggage is booked only 40KG per person not 80KG, we also have been advised that the 40KG baggage can be purchased once only then why the website allows us to purchase again and charged us on my credit card.

I request you to kindly investigate the matter and refund us the access amount paid against baggage back to my credit card as soon as possible.

Ticket copy and payment proof through credit card attached for ease of reference, please contact me for further assistance if needed.

I appreciate your understanding and hope for the positive response soon from your side.

Air Arabia Refund or credit note

I have been trying air arabia since march as my flight got canceld there were no response from their own side
No emails nothing such a pathetic customer service it is, no one picks up the call even if we directly visit the sales office there is no proper guidance given by them they.jist say come after two days system is down, i would like to file a complaint for air arabia refund ny money back
Or give me a 1 year credit note i can travel at any time in one year from august 2021 til 2022 august i need this response as sooon as possible i am attaching my air ticket its got canceld thers no refund yet or credit note given to me

Air Arabia Flight cancelled by UAE from INDIA - Refund issue

My travel agent booked first available ticket from Bangalore to Bahrain via Sharjah and one fine morning we came to know UAE suspended flights arriving form INDIA. i have been requesting Air Arabia to refund my fund but they are keep on replying to my email saying this is against there terms and conditions, this amount is around 26000 indian rupees.

Air Arabia Credit Voucher Validity Extension or Refund the Money - PNR [protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding the attached credit voucher for AED 1236/- issued against cancellation of flights (PNR [protected], dt 2 Feb 2020) due to pandemic COVID19. While we note that the voucher is valid for 12 months ie., expiry 2 Feb 2021, the situation of pandemic has worsened across all countries especially in India and there were no chances of travelling to the said sector. In this regard, may we please know the status of the said credit voucher.

We hereby request you to renew the voucher for an indefinite period and allow at least to transfer the credit voucher within the family members or blood relatives.

Air Arabia Flight tickets cancellation

I booked a return ticket from Barcelona to Fez 14-26 June, flights were cancelled less than a week before the departure date and was sent an email with a voucher. I had sent several emails but no response for AIR ARABIA, I had to book a night's stay in Barcelona as my connecting flight was on 14, I had to pay for transport to and from airport to Barcelona I had to do PCR test twice in 3 days as it was over 48 hrs. All of this because my flight with Air Arabia was cancelled.
I request a full refund from AIE ARABIA. And I will not be using their services ever again become their costumer service is terrible.

Air Arabia reimbursement

I have Canceled my booking ([protected]), as i have requested for re-imbursement but it was declined, stating the policy is not permitting for reimbursement, even customer care told me that i have only one option to book a ticket for my self. I have reimbursement of more that 4400AED. Utilizing the Amount 4400 is not possible me as i am not a frequent flyer, I would like to request air Arabia management at least give me the more ways to spend money e, g booking a tickets for my family through my reimbursement account or hotel vouchers or shopping vouchers.
I would be sincerely thankful for Air Arabia management support.

Air Arabia Flights cancellation

Air Arabia cancelled our flights less than 14 days prior to departure. No explanation as to why the flights were cancelled. No refund but an email with a statement that credit voucher would be made available for only one year with no details provided after chasing over the phone many times.

This is simply unacceptable. When booking and paying for flights no notice was clearly brought to my attention regarding no refunds policy. If I knew I would never buy tickets from them.

Very poor service, daylight robbery.

Air Arabia MIssed flight - Bribery from Air Arabia staff request to refund (PNR-[protected])

Dear Sir/madam,
Request to refund my amount paid for air ticket. As there is
Peak level of bribery at hyderbad, india airport by Air Arabia staff. Today my wife, son and 2 daughters were coming from Hyderabad, India to Sharjah, the air Arabia supervisor (Forgot to take his name) has denied accepting covid report issued by government stating that it is invalid and if they need to fly they pay him Indian Rs.6000/- per person (Total INR 24, 000 for 4 passengers) or else they cannot travel and they have missed the flight. My wife has noticed that few other passengers have paid them money and taken the boarding pass. It is straight a case of bribery like "if you want to fly, you pay money to him or else go back home".
Request to take strict action against him and also plead not to appoint like these persons who only look to fill their pockets,
Request to refund the cash back to you, so that we can book the flight again.

Air Arabia Flight ticket refund

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airline Tickets and Fares

The issue that I have experienced was: I have a flight to Alexandria Egypt (HBE) at 27 feb 2020 and return back 27 march 2020 both were cancelled Itinerary for the Reservation [protected]

It occurred on: 27/02/2020

i need to refund my booking amount so i can book another flight and support me in my money issues also no flights available to Alexandria only a few and long transit which will not be working and suffering

Air Arabia Baggage not received

hello sir, i was travelled to georgia from india through airarabia flight on 23rd march i was checkin in india i have to reciceve my baggage in tiblisi airport georgia, but i didnt recieve it
i am a student in georgia i was travelled to georgia for studying but i didnt recieve my baggage. my books, medicines and every important things was in it, flight is from india(chennai) to sharjah, sharjah to georgia i asked in chennai airport and sharjah airport and in tiblisi airport toooo but there is no use i am requesting you just imagine i came to other country for studying and living without anything because i didnt recieve my baggage please help me please please

Air Arabia Fraudulent transactions in my credit card by Air Arabia PJSC Sharjah

Dear Sir/madam,

I need to register the complaint here against AIR ARABIA PJSC SHARJAH BRANCH for using fraudulent transactions in my credit card without my knowledge. I was shocked by seeing the text message that there was a transactions made by AIR ARABIA PJSC SHARJAH branch in my credit card. It is very much disappointed for me that the big company is doing fraud transactions from the people and earning money like this . I want the concerned people to take immediate action on this and help me to get my money back.

Please i request the management to intervene in this issue and respond immediately.

Air Arabia Expernced very rash and unmannered attitude from your booking office.

Dear sir,
I went to the authorized air Arabia office in khobar, thuqba area for asking some doubts regarding the cancellation of my flights and travels.
This incident happened on 18/03/2021 @ 4 pm.
The guy who is responsible there was locked the door( not at all in prayer time) and speaking to somebody and laughing through phone, so I knocked the door several times but he didn't like that.
Finally he opened the door but he is continuing the chat in phone.
The chair they placed for customers is not properly placed so I stand in front of his desk suddenly he shouted to me and asking why you didn't show your tawalkana application and why you come closer and continuing his chat also.
In fact, I stand in front of his desk and he didn't ask me about tawalkana app.

Of course he should tell all these things in a polite manner instead of shouting.

From that time itself he is arguing with me whatever I say,
so I told him that, I think you are not in a good mood, again he shouted and annoying me.
His attitude to the customers like to humiliate them.

I didn't expect this kind of attitude from reputed airlines like air Arabia.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
