Agoda Companyhotel reservation

we were reserved a room in jaz Makadi saraya ressort hurghada egypt through Agoda website and today is our check in and we recived a confirmation mail with our fully payment to the room and we already went to the Hotel and they are telling us no reservation or money transfer done from agoda and while contacting agoda they apologized as the mistake from them but no solution happened in 12 hours and we didn't have our money back or even have the room worest website ever
