Agero review: Road side assistance

My daughter got a flat tire in denver at 12 am, we live 1.5 hours away. I contacted my car insurance company for road side assistance. They use agero. Guy contacted my daughter that he can't find her and drives away. I was really upset, called this guy saying how can you leave if you haven't done the job? She was trying to explain you where she is. He said, he doesn't have time for that and other customers waiting for him! What? And it is emergency road side assistance! I am in disbelief! Don’t you get paid for this? After me talking to him he calls my daughter and threatened her that he knows her number and will find her!
