Waited almost 3 hours for assistance after being told I would have a 1 hour wait. No update until waiting 2 1/2 hours. Check with your auto insurance company. My policy has roadside assistance included. AAA is wasting your $. The other AAA benefits can be found on the internet at less cost than AAA.

My policy has roadside assistance included. AAA is wasting your $. The other AAA benefits can be found on the internet at less cost than AAA.

I called and cancelled my AAA card. Talked to *** She said it would be cancelled. AAA CHARGED ME FULL PRICE AGAIN, THEN CANCELLED. That means I never got my Refund.[protected]. Member since 2014

AAA Arizona We took our car to this shop to have gaskets repaired

We took our car to this shop to have gaskets repaired. Supposedly they were repaired. We had other work done as well. Car is still leaking oil and the Manager *** Smoke will not return our calls. Paid slot of money to have this work done and its not done.

Reno, NV. Battery service. Very good, but, service person NOT WEARING A MASK! Are you serious? No protection for members? I'm a semi retired physician. This policy is unacceptable. Would you like someone to walk next to you on the sidewalk coughing?! You wouldn't? Why? ... Yeah, that's right! Your members don't like it either! Change this!

AAA Arizona I called for tow service twice and was never helped

I called for tow service twice and was never helped. First time they told me to wait about an hour but I should receive an update from driver. They never called with any updates. I called back and was told I would be next qouting about an hour again. I advised location was not best both times and still no one came. I had to find my own way to get my car home. I was extremely disappointed with service and have been a member over 15 years

AAA Arizona These people WILL NOT stop sending me junk mail

These people WILL NOT stop sending me junk mail. I have reached out SO MANY TIMES. ALL They do is change the *** to whom it is mailed, but they keep sending it to whoever + current resident! They are THE WORST, PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP! *** reached out only after I created ComplaintsBoard.com complaint *** to me and then disappeared. I have *** following up with her (3x now) to No avail.My address is *** They need to STOP all mailers to this address and STOP basing it on ATTN because they only keep changing that!Thank you "Current Resident"

AAA Arizona on February 26 I called AAA roadside assistants for a lock out

on February 26 I called AAA roadside assistants for a lock out. I was told that they would be there in 60 minutes. my wife ad I had pain medication as well as my heart medication.I told AAA no problem with the medication because they would be there in an hour. Three hours later I used another persons phone again,AAA stated they had tried to call me, but my wife as well as my phone were locked in the vehicle. another 4 hours pass and still no AAA. I had to break my window to get our medication and when breaking the window I broke the wind-deflector. I asked AAA to replace the wind-deflector and I was told that AAA didn't advise me to break the window so they refuse to replace them.

THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT STOP SENDING ME JUNK MAIL and are now sending it to my Brother, who never lived here. Here is a log of my communications with them - PLEASE HELP. It took me OVER A YEAR of searching for contacts there, escalating, calling back, calling different offices, before finally having some peace from these people (see attached). Now I have started receiving it again, they said I'm still "opted out" yet a few weeks later it's coming here again, now Attn: to my Brother who never lived here, below that "or current resident". PLEASE HELP make this stop! My address is *** I have asked them not to send ANY junk to ANYONE's Attn at this address. They refuse to respect this. They are the Absolute worse... Please help... thank you..

AAA Arizona *** Roadside service came to pick up my car on 10/11 and I gave the driver the remote and it had a case on it that I purchased on amazon he

Roadside service came to pick up my car on 10/11 and I gave the driver the remote and it had a case on it that I purchased on amazon he lose my remote and *** company did not tell me they loss it and the repair shop did not tell me the *** driver loss it until 3 days later and because of the driver my car was in the shop longer and I was without transportation for 1 week and 2 days. Also the remote they replaced is not programmed right also the other remote I had to the car is now not programmed so now I have two remotes not programmed right and that needs to be fixed.I contacted *** to file a complaint and the lady hung up on me and then I called *** to file complaint and she said it would take 2 weeks for someone to contact me about the matter and I never heard from no one. The cost paid to get two working remotes programmed and the cover replacements I purchased from amazon $10.87

AAA Arizona I went through them and dealt with Pleasant Holidays!

I went through them and dealt with Pleasant Holidays! These scumbags ripped me off and discriminated against me with my disability! Paid for first class, got business class! Asked for front row because of my condition, did not get it ! Got no help at the airport, had to walk and ruined my first two days of the trip and two days when home! Need knee replacement and hips! Asked for full size rental, got a mid size. These guys work with AAA and they are not worth the money! I was promised that someone would reach out to make this right and they never did! Run from these people! Worst service and follow up EVER! I am disabled and was left to fend on my own, did not get what I paid for, and discriminated against! I am going to the *** and all social media and tell my story on what a horrible company both AAA and Pleasant Holidays are! *** is due back to me! This is a travesty!

AAA Arizona I have a *** Premier membership and have had it for about 7 years, I have used the towing benefit one time for maybe 3 miles

I have a *** Premier membership and have had it for about 7 years, I have used the towing benefit one time for maybe 3 miles. My membership includes long distance tows of approx 200 miles, 100 miles, and then local, I have NEVER used these before but have been paying for them for 7 years. Yesterday, 10/2, I requested a Tow of approximately 90 miles from ***, *** to ***, . I submitted the request on the *** app around 2PM, the App said about a 1 hour and 45 minute wait. I waited for over 2 hours, and no truck showed up, the app still said 'expect us soon'. I called *** the first time and they couldnt even locate my membership. I called again and they found me and said the tow was 'declined' because it was out of their service area. I asked to speak to a *** supervisor and they were absolutely zero help. I never did get a tow, I was completely stranded by *** and not a single person from the company has attempted to help me. Why am I paying for this service?

AAA Arizona MY **** Plymouth Sundance was not running due to a bad fuel pump on July 9th I had a friend who was a AAA member - *** gets

MY *** Plymouth Sundance was not running due to a bad fuel pump on July 9th I had a friend who was a AAA member - *** gets the car towed from my house to *** I don't know what the tow truck driver did but when he l got the car off the truck the key got stuck in the ignition and caused the security feature to lock the key in the ignition. *** has spent almost two weeks trying to figure it out They tested the fuel pump relay that was ok but when they installed the new fuel pump the relay went out when they installed the new relay the fuel pump went out and they still can't get the car to start the distributor is fine the coils are fine the ignition timing is fine the fuel lines are clean throttle body is good they believe that it's an electrical issue and it may be connected to the key-ignition issue but regardless the key is stuck in the ignition and they can't get it out and this had happened when this car was in the possession of the tow truck driver

AAA Arizona I joined AAA in December

I joined AAA in December. My car got high centered on a rock on the side of my driveway during a snow storm recently and I needed help getting it off. I called AAA, and when the tow company called, I sent them pictures as asked. The driveway was snow covered, although packed down well, and I wasn't in a hurry and was willing to wait until later in the afternoon for snow to melt more. The tow company called and said that because I was more than 10 feet from a paved surface, that they would not help me unless I paid out of pocket. The tow company also said that because we were a rural area and AAA would refuse to service cars on any dirt road (be it maintained or not), they frequently had problems. I was told that if my car had broken down in front of my house even if there were no snow, that AAA might not allow them to get the car because the driveway is about 100 yards long and unpaved. At no time were these limitations mentioned when I joined (and I talked to the person) and in fact, I know in other states they do not handle things this way. I feel that I was sold a product under fraudulent claims, especially as when I called my insurance company, they would have made sure someone was out as quickly as possible, and in fact have towed this car from in front of my house!

AAA Arizona We are *** citizens

We are *** citizens. On December 2, we authorized the purchase of a vacation package from AAA Arizona Travel. Included with the package was a Travel Protection Plus insurance policy valued at *** $249.98.The vacation package was to include airfare and accommodations over a 2-week period to begin on February 12, 2022.The AAA Arizona Travel Agent charged a deposit to our *** Card in the amount of *** $*** on December 2.On December 30, we questioned the AAA Arizona Travel Agent regarding the cancellation insurance that was to be included with the purchase of the vacation package.The Travel Agents email to us dated December 30 assured us that:[quote] You have a travel protection plan where you can cancel for ANY reason and get future travel credits.If you do not want to have that large credit I can cancel now and you will only lose the $249.98 which is the protection plan. $500 will be in the form of a future credit. [end quote]We then referred to the actual travel insurance documents and found this disclaimer on the policy:[quote] Eligibility: This plan is only available to *** (except ***) residents booking their travel with Travel Impressions. [end quote]We are NOT *** residents. Therefore, the *** $249.98 could NOT have been correctly applied for the purchase of said Travel Insurance policy.And further, the Travel Agents offer to withhold the *** $249.98 portion of our deposit was also NOT valid.With respect to the Travel Agents offer to also hold the *** $500 balance of the deposit for future credit; this was also NOT valid since the entire transaction and our agreement to place the deposit was based on the supposition that Travel Insurance would be a component of the vacation package.We have sent several emails to the AAA Arizona Travel Agent and to the Travel Agents manager. Our requests for a refund in the amount of $*** has been denied.*** AAA Arizona Member #

I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER AT AAA starting over last in ***. But the past month was the worst service I have ever received and it has been most costly for me. I am 70 years old and I am disabled right now and enduring a lot of pain. I am bedridden and the reason for my transfer from *** to *** was for a medical urgency. I have no relationships, I know no one here, CAME HERE FOR MEDICAL. I had to have my troubled car towed to another service station for repair. However I was told this could not be done. I explained to my situation they did not care. I sent for my son from *** and the only reason he could come because he also suffers a disability. So his brother from *** brought him here to help me out. Today on December 11, I sent my son to be with the car to be towed again to *** brothers someone AAA SUGGESTED. However AAA WOULD NOT TOW; I explained again in details the situation and was hung up on. 3rd week of distress only this time I cannot go anywhere, totally bed ridden. My son *** was there to be with the car as it was towed. I am also badgered about my name: I give them my name of *** this is my full name and my middle name so I wont have to fight over what they call a mans name; how crazy is this.I know that my disability to not be with my car is illegal. I cannot so I spent money for my son to come here. He was here with the car and it took me 3 hours to have the car towed after being on the phone for hours. They kept hanging up on my face A lady by the name is *** up on me last. i am disrespected as a customer Because I have a name they call MAN! The next I am convinced is racism both based on I AM A WOMEN NAMED *** ; and my total disability now. I got sick and having my blood pressure go up very high. I paid for service I am not getting and I have to be discriminated-against, because I am female my husband had been dead for 21 year and his name was *** not ***.
