New to Indiana; left a 4600 sg ft home in KY. moved to a 760 sq ft apt. in Indiana. Have never experienced a bill in excess of $400 until becoming AES customer. AES is without a doubt the most questionable, unethical price gouging Utility Co have ever experienced in 60 years. The management of this company needs to be reviewed by Attorney General and Better Business Bureau or any other outside resource to control it's unethical price gouging as 'out of control' would be an understatement!

Desired outcome: address perpetual rate hikes and price gouging
