Aeroplan Travel Services review: Redeeming points or mocking the customers!

I logged in to my Air Canada account and then Aero plan and picked an e-gift card to redeem some of my points , as I clicked on the icon to add it to the cart ,the site redirected me to another login window where I had to put my Aeroplan number and password , but... no matter how many times it just didn't do anything except wasting my time , this is the same story for booking any flight with Aeroplan, it is not possible , and there is no way you can contact this people , there is no e-mail for complains or issues , phone numbers have always the same story , they keep you on hold until you get tired and ask for call back but they never call back ! no wonder Air Canada is becoming one of the worse rated air lines in North America
