I transferred Amex pts to Aeroplan program only for them to deactivate my account a few days later without notifying me. When I sign in, it said my account deactivated. The agent informed me that documents needed to email to validation, which I did. Without those points I can't book my flights, thus ruining my vacation.
My vacation starts October. Please help! I would like to get this resolved ASAP. thank you in advance for your help with this matter.
