This is the second email that has been sent regarding a refund request due to an emergency surgery that my daughter is scheduled to have on the dates that I booked this flight for her and her fiance'. The code is JPGDVI departing Lambert Airport, St. Louis, Missouri on 12/30/2017 to Atlanta then to Cancun, returning on 01/04/2018. I booked this in good faith and this was put on my American Express. When I have called customer service not only can I not understand the person that I am speaking with, a supervisor is never available. If this matter is not cleared up and my account is not credited I will contact my attorney. This is fraud! My name is MaDonna Lewis, Danielle Kicker's mother and her finance is Stephen Taylor.     My name is Michael Smith, I was trying to purchase a plane ticket through Expedia from Tijuana Mexico to Zihuatanejo for Oct 26th flying on Volaris. Returning Nov 4th from Zihuatanejo to Tijuana on Aero Mexico. There were complications - Volaris didn't go through but AeroMexico did. I tried to cancel all of this & use a different credit card but I was charged a couple of times. I was able to purchase my flights on a credit card but I need to get my money back for the purchases done on the 1st Debit card. My number [protected] please call me
