Adorlla Scam, do not order from them...buyer be ware.

I ordered a Mother's Day gift for my wife two weeks out from Mother's Day and paid for "expedited shipping." I got a notice on 23 May that the order was sent for shipping. Fast forward roughly 2 months later to 17 July aaannnndddd I got an email from some rep saying the package "was shipped" here is the tracking number, "May I know if you go it." NOPE! Still have not gotten it.

DO NOT BUY FROM ADORLLA, they will take your money and you may or may not get your purchase, IF you get it, it is not showing up in the near term.

Adorlla Picture frame

I received my package yesterday and when I received it, it was broken when I took it out of the package it wasn't put together they told me it was handmade but they left out 1 part that I have to put it together it came with the crystal that was in the bag it was a waste of money it was supposed to be a mother's day gift for my mom but I can't give her that and on top of it came after mother's day June 27th 2023 bad service's. I paid a $148. for it I wish I could get a refund back for this messed

Adorlla Sent wrong item and had to FIGHT company to partially rectify their mistake

I ordered 2 large personalized planters for Mother's Day. The order took forever to process making me think I got scammed (had to reach out twice to see status) and when I finally received the items, I received planters meant for tiny succulents, not large outdoor planters. I paid $90 for the large planters, double checked my order to be sure I didn't order the wrong ones, etc. When I emailed the company what I ordered vs. received, they offered to give me 20% off. I pushed back and they offered 30% off (which still had me paying more than the items I received were actually priced at on their site). I said I wanted refunded but was told I would need to send the items back at my own cost (Again, I had to pay for their mistake). Eventually they gave me 50% off which was closer to the actual price of the items I actually received, but I am still very unhappy they did not take accountability to correct their mistake and I ended up with a product I did not order. I will never use this company again and wish I had looked further into the reviews. Not worth it.

Adorlla Adorlla Order Issue: Double Charged and Payment Not Processed

So, I had a bit of a problem with my order on Adorlla. At first, I thought everything was fine and dandy, but then I got a notification saying that my payment didn't go through. I was confused because I had already paid for my order and the money was taken out of my account. I even have the receipt to prove it!

But then, to make matters worse, Adorlla charged my card a second time, leaving me completely broke. I was really hoping to get my order in time for Mother's Day, but now I'm not so sure. I mean, I don't want to be a Debbie Downer, but this is a pretty big mess.

I sent an email to Adorlla about the issue, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm really hoping someone can help me out here because I need my money back. I mean, it's over $300 now when it was only supposed to be around $190. That's a big difference!

If Adorlla can make this right, I'll be more than happy to give them a 5-star review. But for now, I'm just waiting to hear back and hoping for the best. Thanks for listening, y'all.

Adorlla Adorlla Order Issue: Overcharged and No Response - Need Help ASAP

So, I had a bit of a problem with my order from Adorlla. I thought everything was good to go when I first placed my order, but apparently it didn't go through. I didn't realize this until I got an email asking for payment again, even though I had already paid. I checked my account and saw that the money had been taken out, so I was really confused.

To make matters worse, when I tried to pay again, it charged my card a second time. Now I'm completely broke and really stressed out. I was hoping to get my order in time for Mother's Day, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen now.

I sent an email to Adorlla about the issue, but I haven't heard back yet. I really need someone to help me out and get this sorted. I've already paid over $300 when it was only supposed to be around $190, so I need my money back ASAP.

I'm really hoping that Adorlla can make this right and get back to me soon. If they do, I'll be more than happy to give them a 5-star review. Fingers crossed that everything gets resolved soon.

Adorlla Adorlla Review: Easy Ordering Process and Quality Products, But Shipping Delays

The process of ordering from Adorlla was a breeze. I didn't have any trouble navigating their website and selecting the perfect necklace for me. The steps to customize my necklace were straightforward and I was able to add my desired image and choose the length of the chain without any hassle. However, I did experience a bit of a delay in the production time of my necklace. It took a couple of days longer than the estimated time to make my necklace, which was a bit frustrating.

I decided to pay for express shipping and the VIP package to ensure that my order would be prioritized and shipped out quickly. Unfortunately, the shipping still took longer than I expected. It took about a week and a half to arrive, which was longer than the 1-3 business days I paid for. I understand that the necklace was being shipped from China, so I wasn't too upset about the delay. However, I did feel like I paid a lot of extra money for express shipping and the VIP package and didn't receive the speed I was hoping for.

Despite the delay in production and shipping, I was pleased with the product itself. The necklace was unique and looked just like the image I uploaded. The quality of the necklace was impressive and I received many compliments on it. Overall, I would recommend Adorlla for their easy ordering process and quality products. However, if you're in a rush to receive your order, I would suggest giving yourself plenty of time or considering other shipping options.

Adorlla Disappointing Experience with Adorlla.com: Delayed Shipping and Missing Items

I recently made an order on Adorlla.com for 3 Mother's Day gifts for my wife and mom. I placed the order on April 19th and waited patiently for a week, but I did not receive any notifications that my order had shipped. I decided to reach out to the customer service team to inquire about my order status. They informed me that it takes 7-10 business days to ship, so I waited a few more days.

On day 11, I reached out again to check on my order, and I was informed that it had just shipped the day before. Finally, my order arrived on May 13th, but to my disappointment, only one of the three items I ordered was shipped. I was confused and frustrated because all three items were referenced in each email I received from Adorlla.

I contacted the customer service team again to inquire about the missing items, and they apologized and blamed Covid for the delay. They assured me that my order had been expedited, but a month later, I still do not have everything I paid for.

I am disappointed with my experience on Adorlla.com. I feel like they did not appreciate my business and did not take care of me as a customer. Blaming Covid for their mistakes is not acceptable, and I would not recommend doing business with them. If you want to avoid similar issues, I suggest taking your business elsewhere to a company that values their customers and provides better service.

Update: I am so happy with my recent purchase from Adorlla! The quality and workmanship of everything I received was truly impressive. My kids absolutely loved their bracelets and I couldn't be more satisfied with how everything was handled. As a result, I am now a very satisfied customer and I will definitely be making future purchases from Adorlla.

However, I did experience a bit of a hiccup with my order initially. It seems that my payment did not go through when I first placed my order, even though I had already paid and had a receipt to prove it. This caused some confusion and frustration for me, especially since I was hoping to receive my order in time for Mother's Day.

To make matters worse, my card was charged a second time, leaving me completely broke and out of pocket by over $300 when it was only supposed to be around $190. I reached out to Adorlla via email to try and resolve the issue, but I am still waiting to hear back from them.

Despite this setback, I am hopeful that Adorlla will be able to make things right and refund me the extra money that was taken from my account. If they are able to do so, I will gladly update my review to a 5-star rating.

Adorlla Adorlla Review: Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Product, 0 Stars

So, I bought this thing from Adorlla that was supposed to show pictures. I ordered the first one, but I didn't get any confirmation, so I ordered another one just seconds later. It took weeks for the first one to arrive, and I'm still waiting for the second one, which was supposed to come at the end of February. When I finally got the first one, it broke on the same day. I was so mad that I emailed the company, but they didn't want to give me a full refund. First, they offered to send me another one, then they gave me a 20% coupon for my next order, and then they wanted to give me only an 80% refund. I spent over $100, and they didn't want to give me any of it back. They even sent me a tracking number for a new one, but I told them that I didn't want anything but a full refund on both items. I've told all my family and friends about this, and I even complained to the BBB. I just want my $101.76 back. I have a whole long conversation where I keep saying that I want a full refund on both items. I don't even want to give them any stars, but I had to give something. 0 stars, I'm so mad.

Adorlla Adorlla Platter Review: Late Delivery, Incorrect Personalization, and Poor Customer Service

So, I ordered a platter from Adorlla for Christmas and paid extra for faster shipping. But, it didn't arrive on time, so I reached out to them. They told me they were busier than expected, which I can understand. However, when the platter finally arrived in late January, I noticed that they had repeated one of the names on the platter and left one off. At first, I thought maybe I had made a mistake when I placed the order, but when I checked my receipt, I realized that I had entered everything correctly.

I contacted Adorlla and they asked me to send them a picture of the platter. I did, but it took them weeks to respond. When they finally did, they apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a 20% refund. But, that wasn't enough for me. I needed a new platter with all of the correct names on it, or a full refund. There was no way I could give this platter to my grandmother with one kid's name repeated and another completely missing. That would defeat the whole purpose of the gift!

After I told them that I wouldn't accept their offer, I never heard back from them. So, I would strongly advise against ordering from Adorlla.

On top of that, the platter wasn't as nice in person as it looked in the photos. But, that's just my personal opinion and I wouldn't write a bad review just for that reason. However, I wouldn't recommend ordering this specific product.

Adorlla Adorlla Review: Poor Quality Products and Lacking Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from Adorlla, an online store that sells picture frames and other home decor items. I was excited to order two picture frames that I planned to use to display memories of my two boys from birth to high school graduation. The frames were custom-made, and I paid a total of $261.70 for them.

I placed my order on December 7th, but unfortunately, I didn't receive my frames until January 13th. I understand that the holiday season can be busy, and custom items may take longer to produce, so I didn't mind the delay too much.

However, when I finally received my frames, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The frames were made of very cheap material, and some parts were held together with double-sided tape. The frames were so warped that they wouldn't lay flat on the wall, and the names I had requested to be added to the frames fell off. To make matters worse, all four corners of both frames were chipped, and it was clear that the frames were falling apart.

I decided to take advantage of Adorlla's 60-day return policy and requested to send the frames back for a full refund. However, instead of offering me a full refund, Adorlla only offered me 20% of what I had paid. I was not satisfied with this offer and warned them that I would dispute the credit charge and report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Adorlla then came back with a slightly better offer of a 30% refund and a 35% off coupon for my next purchase at their store. However, I still felt that this was not enough, and I refused their offer. I ultimately reported them to the BBB and decided not to purchase anything from them again.

Overall, I would not recommend Adorlla to anyone. The quality of their products is extremely poor, and their customer service is lacking. If you're looking for picture frames or other home decor items, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Adorlla Poor Quality and Service: My Experience with Adorlla's Personalized Framed 25th Anniversary Picture

I recently purchased a personalized framed 25th Anniversary picture from Adorlla and unfortunately, it arrived broken. I was really disappointed and immediately contacted their customer service team to report the issue and sent them pictures of the damage. However, I was really disappointed with the way they handled the situation. It took them a few days to respond and when they finally did, they offered me a measly 10% refund of the purchase price. I was really upset and frustrated with their poor customer service.

After some back and forth, they finally agreed to redo the frame that was beyond repair and promised to ship it out to me as soon as possible. I placed my order on April 5th and I finally received the replacement frame on June 8th. However, to my dismay, it was broken again! The anniversary had already come and gone and the special gift I had hoped to give was still broken. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with Adorlla's poor quality and service.

I would rate them lower than 1 star if I could. I strongly advise against buying anything framed or artwork from them. Both times the product came inadequately packaged resulting in the breakage. It was put in a plastic lightly bubble wrapped envelope inside of a regular vinyl envelope. When I brought this up to customer service, they blamed the damage on the shipper and told me I'd have to file a claim with the shipper to get any satisfaction. This was really frustrating and disappointing.

As a customer, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Adorlla's poor quality and service. I normally don't write negative reviews, but after over 2 months of dealing with this and still having a broken product, I felt it was important to warn others. Don't waste your time and money buying anything from Adorlla.

Adorlla Disappointing Experience with Adorlla: Poor Communication and Quality

I recently had an experience with Adorlla that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I wanted to get a gift for my boyfriend for father's day from his children, but I was a bit late in getting it done. I ordered the gift from Adorlla 10 days before father's day, thinking that it would arrive a little late, maybe a week at most. However, after waiting for weeks and realizing that the "status" on my order was not changing, I decided to reach out to the company.

To my surprise, I found out that there was no phone number to contact the company. I had to email them and wait for multiple days for a response. I paid over $70 for this gift, which is not a lot of money, but I expected quality. Finally, the company responded and said that the item had shipped. However, every time I tracked it after this, the USPS notification said that the label had been created, but the item had not been received. This is a common company scam to appear that an item has shipped, when it has not. The item sat like this for many more days, all the while I kept emailing. Unfortunately, I never received a response.

After almost four weeks of waiting, I finally gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card. However, a day later, the item arrived. To my dismay, it looked like my boyfriend's kids made it in their kindergarten art class. The quality was horrible, and the lines were not straight. It was embarrassing to give to him, and I had to apologize profusely. I am still going to fight this through my credit card company for a refund.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from Adorlla. The lack of communication and poor quality of the product left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I suggest taking your money and business elsewhere.

Adorlla Total scam company

Paid $65 for a porcelain hand painted platter. Paid extra for VIP processing. Paid extra $29 for express 3 days shipping. Paid $9 for gift box and stand. A total of over $100. What i got was a $1 plastic platter with printed stickers on it. A gift box that you couldn’t fit a phone in let alone a platter and a stand that doesn’t stand up! See the pic. Im telling that god to honest truth. STAY AWAY horrible customer service on top of all that.

Adorlla Disappointing Product and Shipping Experience with Adorlla

As a customer, I was thoroughly disappointed by my experience with Adorlla. Firstly, the shipping took an incredibly long time, which meant the item that I had purchased as a gift for Christmas arrived way after the holiday season - this was quite frustrating. To add to my disappointment, the bracelet that I had ordered did not match the photos on the website at all.

The bracelet itself had small, cheap-looking charms that were nothing like the large, attractive ones shown on the model. Additionally, the engraving on the charms seemed to be of different sizes and one name was noticeably off-center. This difference in quality between what was depicted in the picture and what I received left me feeling let down and even a bit ripped off.

As a potential customer, I would be very cautious in my dealings with Adorlla moving forward. While everyone can experience shipping delays and production missteps, the level of difference between the product I ordered and ultimately received, coupled with the slow shipping, leaves me hesitant to trust this company with any further purchases. I recently ordered a gift for my husband on Adorlla.com in anticipation of Father's Day. However, I have yet to receive my order after waiting for two weeks. To my dismay, there have been no updates regarding the status of my order, and when I try to track it, the system informs me that my order cannot be found. This lack of communication is concerning, and I am left feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do next.

I have attempted to reach out to their customer service, but there doesn't seem to be any means to do so on the website. I am also unable to find information on how to refund my money or cancel my order. All of these factors have contributed to my mounting dissatisfaction with Adorlla.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Adorlla, an online store I had been hoping to have a positive experience with. I had ordered a product for my brother and husband, spending $116 on it. To my dismay, the product has yet to arrive and has seemingly been stuck in New York for a few weeks now. Understandably, I reached out to the customer service team inquiring about the delay and requesting a refund as it clearly states "customer satisfaction guaranteed!". Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service team was unsatisfactory as Lisa, the representative I spoke with, refused to offer me a refund. I was hoping they would honor their commitment to customer satisfaction, but that was not the case. It's disheartening to have spent my hard-earned money on a product that I still do not have and am now being denied a refund for. At this point, I would urge anyone who may be considering using Adorlla to look elsewhere for their purchases as their customer service and delivery process clearly needs improvement.
