From start to finish, Clarksville Construction Services was a pleasure to work with. After I called for an estimate, Doug came out and listened to what we wanted to do. He gave us some great ideas and options to really fine tune the project. After we accepted the proposal, the project was handed over to Fidel as the project manager who did a great job of keeping us informed about each step of the project. If I ever had a question, Fidel would respond immediately and address any issues I had. In some instances, I would say he went out of his way to ensure the project was kept on track and completed to our satisfaction.
I could not be happier with the final results of my project and we continue to receive compliments on the appearance and quality of workmanship of our project.
From the staff at the front office, to the sales force, to the project manager, and to the construction workers, the professionalism and courtesy displayed by all is top notch. Would highly recommend their services to anyone!

We cannot say enough good things about working with this company for our sunroom addition. From our first meeting through the entire construction they knew what we wanted and were professional and friendly. Adam Anderson, Nick Collins, John Miller, and Vanessa Adams were exceptional from start to finish. Adam understood what we wanted and our budget. Nick designed exactly what we were envisioning. John as project manager was fully aware of all aspects of the construction and kept us informed and was always available to us. Vanessa kept us informed at all times. One of the strong points of using this company is how important two-way communication was to them. Doug and his crew treated our home as if they were building for themselves. We cannot say enough about their skill and the non-stop work they did every day. We tell everyone we know how great an experience it was and what high quality work they do. And that has not always been the case with other contractors we have used. We highly recommend Clarksville Construction without hesitation and will use them again for future projects.

Clarksville Construction rescued our home remodeling project! We (unfortunately) hired a disreputable remodeling company to do a roofline alteration and replacement project that was started and then abandoned. Thankfully, the team we worked with at Clarksville immediately put us at ease with their level of professionalism, communication, and industry knowledge. Our Salesperson, Patrice, drew up a highly detailed contract that was easy to understand and explained exactly what our project would entail. Our Project Manager, John, met with us before the project started to discuss the scope of work, and was also on-site while the work was being completed. Our In-office Coordinator, Vanessa, was always available to answer questions and assist in any way necessary. And our construction crew, Nelson and his colleague, did such amazing work on our roof that even our neighbors have been admiring it! We honestly couldn't be more pleased with our experience and can't wait to call on Clarksville Construction for our next project. It is nice to know that there really is a reliable, trustworthy contracting company out there!

I hired Clarksville Construction to do a basement remodel. This was not a full tear down, but involved moving a wall, replacing some drywall that had been wet, replacing a popcorn ceiling and adding new ceiling lights, a new 1/2 bath, painting the entire area, a new wooden stair rail, a new exterior door and a few other things.

Our salesperson was excellent and ensured a complete and clear contract that both parties understood fully. This was important to not having any surprises later. I also liked that the job was custom to me. Other basement companies have a "standard" set of things they do. Clarksville allowed for a more individual approach.

The project manager was very responsive and he and his staff kept us up to date on timelines and status. As always, there are minor things but he handled everything promptly and satisfactorily. All the crews that worked for Clarksville were great. They did quality work, cleaned up well, and were very respectful of our house and property. We had demo folks, framers, drywall installers, electricians, plumbers, and painters. There may be more I have forgotten! The crews always cleaned up well and at the end of the project they did a full clean again. They even came back after the floor was installed (another business did that) and did a walk through and touched up a few minor paint nicks and fixed an outlet.

Clarksville was not the cheapest bid I got, but for home renovations cheap is not usually the best. Clarksville did solid work, all their employees were very responsive and professional, and I plan to use them again for future renovations.

Excellent customer service and great communication throughout the duration of the project. We didn't mark things as complete until even the finer details were right.

Lou did a lot of research and gave excellent, honest advice about a challenging deck problem. I'm completely satisfied and Clarksville Construction deserves the highest rating for integrity.

The quality of the work is great. The price was reasonable. The only issue was communication. I did not always know when they were going to show up or not. I understand things come up, but it would have been nice to know. With all that, I would recommend them for home improvement projects.

We are very pleased with the work done by Clarksville Construction Services. We had pavers installed in our beach house patio. They did a beautiful work and delivered exactly the time they said they will start and finish. Keith, the manager, met with us at the walk through to be make sure we are satisfied with the job. They are professionals, courteous and knowledgeable. We recommend them to whoever wants a job with no headache.

We had a problem with the Rear Door/Window system in the back of my mom's house. The wood trim had rotted out in areas, and all the caulk had dried out and cracked. We tried one contractor, but had a bad experience. We were fortunate enough to then find Clarksville Construction Services (CCS). They had to redo the bad work done, and do the entire job correctly. They used PVC trim to replace the rotted wood, stripped all the old caulk, re-caulked, primed and painted two coats. A great job. Highly recommend.

Clarksville Construction Services replaced roof singles on 20x12 shed. Patched and replaced drywall damaged by water leak. Replaced rotting railing on porch with maintenance free railing. Replaced dryer vent. Repaired and replaced ceiling tile in basement. Replaced worn screen in screened in porch Adjusted a door lock that was not locking the door and replaced the torn weather seal on another door. We are very satisfied with the results and highly recommend Clarksville Construction Services for all handyman projects.

Clarksville Construction Services renovated our 1970s era basement family room into a beautiful area for relaxing before a fireplace or watching sports/movies; it also has a great custom-built floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall book case and a new built-in closet for storing art supplies my wife uses in her art studio area of the new space. CCS also re-purposed half of our 12'x24' deck into an outstanding sunroom that both my wife and I love (she spends a lot of time in the sunroom reading, working on puzzles, and more!). All in all it was a great experience, and when we needed some minor warranty work completed, they were right on it.
