I ordered a Mother's Day gift for my wife two weeks out from Mother's Day and paid for "expedited shipping." I got a notice on 23 May that the order was sent for shipping. Fast forward roughly 2 months later to 17 July aaannnndddd I got an email from some rep saying the package "was shipped" here is the tracking number, "May I know if you go it." NOPE! Still have not gotten it.
DO NOT BUY FROM ADORLLA, they will take your money and you may or may not get your purchase, IF you get it, it is not showing up in the near term.
Recommendation: Buy elsewhere, they are a scam

I received my package yesterday and when I received it, it was broken when I took it out of the package it wasn't put together they told me it was handmade but they left out 1 part that I have to put it together it came with the crystal that was in the bag it was a waste of money it was supposed to be a mother's day gift for my mom but I can't give her that and on top of it came after mother's day June 27th 2023 bad service's. I paid a $148. for it I wish I could get a refund back for this messed
Sent wrong item and had to FIGHT company to partially rectify their mistake
I ordered 2 large personalized planters for Mother's Day. The order took forever to process making me think I got scammed (had to reach out twice to see status) and when I finally received the items, I received planters meant for tiny succulents, not large outdoor planters. I paid $90 for the large planters, double checked my order to be sure I didn't order the wrong ones, etc. When I emailed the company what I ordered vs. received, they offered to give me 20% off. I pushed back and they offered 30% off (which still had me paying more than the items I received were actually priced at on their site). I said I wanted refunded but was told I would need to send the items back at my own cost (Again, I had to pay for their mistake). Eventually they gave me 50% off which was closer to the actual price of the items I actually received, but I am still very unhappy they did not take accountability to correct their mistake and I ended up with a product I did not order. I will never use this company again and wish I had looked further into the reviews. Not worth it.

Total scam company
Paid $65 for a porcelain hand painted platter. Paid extra for VIP processing. Paid extra $29 for express 3 days shipping. Paid $9 for gift box and stand. A total of over $100. What i got was a $1 plastic platter with printed stickers on it. A gift box that you couldn’t fit a phone in let alone a platter and a stand that doesn’t stand up! See the pic. Im telling that god to honest truth. STAY AWAY horrible customer service on top of all that.

I ordered this cute puzzle piece picture for my wife for Mother’s Day was supposed to be black and white. Got it and it was not painted the Mom was not what was in the picture totally disappointed paid almost 70$ on this gift and really disappointed. Took a month after Mother’s Day to get here was told 9 working days when I placed my order. You can’t hang it on the wall. I should have ordered off of amazon who offered the same merchandise but since I found it on Facebook thought it was legitimate. Pulled up on my news feed.

This is a scam website. I bought my purchase from adorlla site on 2/4/24, it says shipment 9-12 working days. I obtained my shipment on 3/9/2024. I contacted them multiple times, they have the following issues:
1. Poor customer service
2. They do not refund your money
3. The product is misleading I bought the silver projection bracelet it does not project n it looks like. Common bracelet not customized inspite the fact I laid customized.
4. The box they delivered was jammed

I ordered a bracelet on 30 January 2024 with the number mentioned above. The commercial terms communicated on their site for delivery were between 5-8 working days. After one month and several email exchanges, I received the same answer as weeks ago that the bracelet is still being manufactured.
As any reasonable person can imagine, that bracelet was meant to be a birthday gift while the birthday passed, and the gift was not received as communicated. Now I do not need it after one month.
Therefore, I requested to cancel the order and return the money paid, otherwise, I will open a commercial dispute. The company is reluctant to proceed as I requested. In case of an unfavorable resolution of my request, I reserve my legal right to proceed and request damages in front of justice.

I ordered a ring approximately 6 weeks ago, wasn't given a tracking number. I sent several emails that was eventually answered. But my BIGGEST complaint is that when I opened my box my ring was missing stones, and was not the size I ordered. I sent several emails again regarding the ring that I never even got to wear. Their response was to give me a measly 20% off coupon for my next purchase. First off why would even consider buying something else when the one thing I ordered was damaged. The next thing is I requested either the ring to be repaired or replaced. This would be a satisfactory solution to me. I have no choice at this point but to notify the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, and any and every agency that I can think of. Adorlla is a rip off, and I will notify everyone that is a questionable company with lousy customer service.

I placed an order for a ring on September 1st, which stated to expect my order in 2-18 days. I have repeatedly reached out to them via e-mail for the tracking number, where they have responded that my item is still "in production" phase and when they send the ring then tracking number will be provided. It has been 26 days now not 2-18 as their site mentions. This is absolutely ridiculous, and unacceptable. I have contacted them almost daily since 9/18, (the latest date it should have arrived by) and they have answered me twice with generic responses, asking me to be patient. I feel at this point like my money has been stolen.

Don't order anything from this site, EVER! I saw an ad on Facebook for this cute personalized flower pots and thought it would be a great gift for my mom for Mother's Day. I was aware that the pot probably wouldn't arrive before Mother day as I did order 2 weeks before and personalized items tend to take longer. Fast forward 5 weeks later and my mom FINALLY received her pot but it was completely damaged. She could hear the rattle of the broken pieces when she lived the box off the door step. She sent me pictures of the packaging and the broken pot, and I immediately messaged the customer service at Adorlla attaching the pictures and my purchase confirmation. The response I got left me baffled. The service representative told me they were sorry and offered me 20% of my purchase as a refund! THIS IS ABSURD! What disrespect this company has for their customers. This pot cost me over $50 and they want to refund me a mere 20% of that for a pot that arrived broken and almost an entire month AFTER Mother's Day as passed? Shame on them! Please, don't let anyone buy from this company, they are a scam!

Having reached out to the company twice, both times that have provided various excuses for delays. The item was ordered on April 26, 2023.
The company requests that I wait another one to two weeks or they can refund me 8$ for an item that was $84.49.

I contact them the week before and they said due to an overwhelming amount of orders they did not know when it would be sent. I asked for a refund. They asked for my order # which I have sent to them. Still waiting to hear back from them.
