Horrible company who scams insurance companies and consumers! They're a bunch of crooks who take advantage of people and rip them off. I had a terrible experience with Precision Claim Consultants. They promised to help me with my insurance claim, but all they did was cause more problems. They didn't communicate properly and made a lot of mistakes. It was a nightmare trying to get them to do their job correctly. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Stay away from Precision Claim Consultants if you don't want to get scammed!

I needed a new transmission for my 2015 **** Focus
I needed a new transmission for my 2015 *** Focus. They put in a used one from some junkyard without asking and charged *** like it was all good, no issues. Now, 4 months later, the problem is still there but the warranty is up and I have to pay for a new transmission myself. Don't bother using their services, it's better to avoid the hassle. Trying to contact them didn't solve anything.

The company is a total scam. They took my insurance money and haven't even bothered to call me back. The guy in charge is a complete jerk, just like the whole company. I recommend going somewhere else for your needs. My insurance paid me in February. These guys lied about getting the check. Eventually, they sent it back to me, but it was all messed up and missing some money. They never did anything for me, but they sure took my cash. This business should be closed down. They're being looked into right now.

This company, Precision Claim Consultants, is the worst when it comes to being open and communicative. I sent them a claim check on July 1 from *** to settle a claim for "hail damage." I've tried multiple times to get an update, but they haven't responded yet.
The company done forged my signature on papers and did the same to other folks from USAA
The company done forged my signature on papers and did the same to other folks from USAA. They also let some other company take a chunk of the money USAA sent 'em, claimin' it was for services they never even did. USAA paid 'em back in February, but they never even bothered to do the dang job. Just got a payment from 'em on July 26, and it was *** less than what they got paid.
