Hi, over the past few months I have had my call of duty account hacked, returned to me and then activation have percent banned me for software manipulation. I play on an Xbox series S and am not sure how I can do that. I am 32 years old and have had this account for 5 years having spent hundreds if not thousands on cosmetics not to mention the days spent earning and working at camos etc. I have never had any negative feedback or complaints as I pride myself on not cheating, which should be evident from my gameplay as I would rate myself below average but o still enjoy playing. With so much money and time spent this is only added to the stress of what has happened. As I mentioned I was hacked and had to go through activision to return my account which was another stressful experience. I played one evening after my account was returned and two solo games of zombies a few days later but noticed something was wrong with the fall damage of which I was getting far more than usual and so I turned it off thinking it was a bug that would right itself. When I turned the game back on a few days later I was banned and that’s when my nightmare started. I have tried the appeal not realising it would be final and I had to submit all information I had in the box, I thought surely it is a simple mistake and will be fixed. Almost a month later I got my response and the ban remained, I have been very anxious since knowing how much i have in my account and that there is no-one to talk to about this and straighten out what has happened, if you view my gameplay when I had my account it should be clear I don’t cheat. I won’t give up hope on this as I have been a call of duty player for over 15 years but it’s hard not to feel ignored. Anything changed to the software is going to have been done when I was hacked and I am now begging for help from someone. Please respond to me and help. Thank you

Claimed loss: Call of duty access

Desired outcome: Removal of ban, if optional to be contacted to someone to prove I’m not a cheater and straighten out what’s happened.
