Activision Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

A few months ago, I was unjustly banned by your company for "use of unauthorized software and manipulation of game data." I am absolutely certain that I am innocent of these accusations, and I believe that my ban is a result of a mistake made by your system.

I have tried to contact activision and blizzard multiple times to get more information about why I was banned and to get my money back, but they have been unresponsive and unhelpful. I feel that their lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide any explanation or recourse for my ban is a violation of my rights as a customer.

I demand that the company provides me with a detailed explanation of the reasons for my ban, a sincere apology for the time ive wasted contacting them to get my money back, and a full refund.

It is unacceptable for a company to treat its customers with such disrespect and disregard for their rights.

Desired outcome: I want an apology for my wasted time and effort, and a full refund.

Activision MW2 CoD Warzone2

n relation to the email sent at 18:15 on the 02/06/2023 stating that my account "has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data" and that my ban will not be overturned is completely unfair for someone who has paid R$ 300,00 (Steam - Brazil) for the game and has never run any type of cheating software on my PC or any PC for that matter.

Looking at my K/D ratio and my stat's it would be quite obvious that I'm not cheating, I just enjoyed playing this game (for the brief few hours I was able to play it) as it brought back happy memories of playing the original Modern Warfare 2.

Additionally, as your software has had access to the kernel level of my computer, I am requesting access to the data and logs that show evidence of the unauthorized software that you claim was running on my computer. Furthermore, as your reply seems like a blanket automated reply, I wish to make an access request under Article 15 of the GDPR regulations for a copy of any information you keep about me, on computer or in manual form in relation to the above incident including the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and meaningful information about how decisions are made, the significance and the consequences of processing.

To summarize I am requesting an investigation into the unauthorized software you claim was running on my computer along with the logs and personal data you have obtained from me. I will happily co-operate by allowing a security engineer access to my PC to investigate, either through physical drop off or through a remote session.

Desired outcome: Unban. Cancel false ban or now as I have no way to play either the multiplayer or the campaign, I am requesting a full refund for R$ 300,00 as the Digital content I paid for is not fit for purpose.

Activision My account being hacked and the person that hacked my account got my modern warfare account banned

I played MW (Modern Warfare) 2019 since it came out and i put so much time. money and effort into it. I stopped playing for a good while and when i decided to play it again all my emails and passwords had changed. I contacted support and they managed to recover my account which was good but when i logged into battle net it says that my MW account has been permanently banned so whoever hacked my account and was using it has breached the game rules and got me banned which i find really unfair. I tried making a ban appeal and they denied it but I'm really not happy that i have put a lot of my time and money into this game just for someone to hack my account and get me banned. I have proof of purchases made from my account if this helps

Desired outcome: I would appreciated it for you to under stand this problem and unban me as (me) the actual owner of this account has obeyed the rules from the beginning.

Activision MW2 CoD Warzone2

I have never used cheating software or hacking tools. I am always good at video games, I was banned permanently after 5 games of dome24/7 in multiplayer with real life friends. We lost 3 of the 5 matches, even though I had a good amount of kills. How I attained a high score is by using my brain, if I see laser sight in the smoke obviously an enemy team is there, also some of the enemies were using dragon breath shotgun rounds so it is a dead giveaway of their location. After each match, I have been cursed at and spam reported, which probably resulted in my ban. I find this absurd that anyone is able to spam report a player out of spite and anger that results in a ban.

I have also been banned in voice chat when I have never turned on proximity chat during my gameplay. My in game name is not offensive or discriminatory, either. I have failed in my appeal when I received a copy and paste reply stating that I have been manipulating software, of which I cannot even request evidence for. Also my account has been shadowbanned multiple times before but lifted. Logically this does not make sense, if I were really cheating, and Activision have a zero tolerance, wouldn’t I have been banned during those shadowbanned periods where my account was under review?

Desired outcome: Please Unban my account and allow me to enjoy your game with my friends

Activision False permanent ban in Call of Duty II

Around 3 or 4th Jan I was permanently banned for supposed hacking and here I quote "YOUR BAN APPEAL HAS BEEN REVIEWED AND IS FINAL

Activision Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II | Warzone 2.0 (Shadowban)

I got, like thousands of others, unfairly shadowbanned.

A shadowban essentially puts you on servers (if you manage to find one, sometimes I have to wait 45 minutes+ for a game) with other shadowbanned people, including those who were rightly so (actual cheaters).

This is the second time I've been shadowbaned, my previous ban was lifted after a week, with no rhyme or reason given to me as to why I was banned.

Their support does not reply, outside of automatic replies consisting of "please read our code of conduct". Which I actually have. I rarely do, because I never cheat, but there has to be something special in this one, since I've gotten shadowbanned twice. Found nothing in the CoC that I could've broken. A representative from Activision has also said that they shadowban people on random, just to see if they cheat.

I haven't even performed well in-game. This is totally unjustified and after spending ~$90 on the game and being unable to play it, something that's illegal under current laws in the EEA.

Desired outcome: I would like the REASON as to why I've been shadowbanned, and I'd like to have my account UNBANNED, since there is NO reason as to why I am shadowbanned.

Looking at my K/D ratio and my stat's it would be quite obvious that I'm not cheating, I just enjoyed playing this game as it brought back happy memories of playing the original Modern Warfare 2.

Activision False perma ban

Hello there

On 13/02 I hopped on my pc to play cod:warzone 2.0 all I see a message "you have been permanently banned form playing the call of duty modern warfare 2 server. For more information, visit https://support.activision.com/mwpolicy.

I literally did not use any cheat or any software I appealed my ban on the official website it got instant rejected I leave a link https://prnt.sc/0Ctx75LYl0ds

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 I: was wrongfully banned on my MW2

This night log on to COD (02/16), play a single match and suddenly get kicked off the server, only to find out I have been banned. After searching the web on how to get unbanned, I found that I most likely won't get my account back. Hundreds of people have been wrongfully banned and given automated responses. The part that frustrates me is that I have had this account since 2017, I have never gotten banned or cheated. Please unban my account.

Nice how i play a search and destroy game with no mics and got an offensive language account status warning for no reason after the game AND following that, very next day recieved an offensive username account status warning and my name is simply POLO.

Mind you these both happened after my team won the game

Activision I wrongly banned from someone hacking into my steam account.

On 02/17 my steam account was hacked into and passed my 2FA

After getting my account back within a 30 mins I decided to play again and after a few hours I got shadow banned and then perma banned. I've been playing since Mw19 and never cheated in anyway. I also do not hack, cheat, exploit or use a VPN in any sort at all. I don't play with hackers, I enjoy playing the game for fun and not ruining it for everyone else cheating because it's not fair playing against somebody. Please look into this ASAP I check my ban status frequently and I really want to play normally again, my id is catgirl#8519525 (@FourVRC on twitter)

Would be nice if someone looks into it and my PC files ill call and show everything if I can.

Activision Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Warzone 2.0

My Activision, Battle.net and Steam account were compromised during December 2022. I was permanently banned for this. I was able to recover all my accounts but I can longer play MW2 multiplayer or Warzone 2.0. My ban appeal was rejected with an Auto Reply, meaning no one even looked at my appeal.

Activision COD warzone2 & modern warfare 2

some days ago on the 31.1.2023 I was playing DMZ on my PC and my computer crashed showing a blue screen that said something went wrong and restarted after that I found my main account "[protected]@hotmail.com" banned. I made a new account on battle.net so I could play whilst I appealed my ban but I was just sent a automated email back denying it saying I had used third party software or modified the game files. My new account has been placed under review as well, I have sent emails to support from both email addresses with no reply yet. Since my computer blue screened i've had a lot of problems loading other games and warzone2 crashes if I goto another screen briefly, these issues are some like missing a file mscvp140_1.dll from system32. I was left with no choice but to system restore to the day of the bluescreen but am still having issues with WZ2 crashing if I alt-tab briefly. I have used the activision bug report software and tried my upmost to show my adherence to their policy. After much though all I can think is that some of my core system files corrupted when the game caused the bluescreen, evidence being that I was missing some files in system32 and some files where not able to be read when trying sysreg32 commands in MSpowershell.

Desired outcome: I have made purchases and invested a lot of personal time into this account and I just want to have my account unbanned so I can play with friends again.

Activision Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0

On 1/29/23 I was playing a solos game of warzone 2.0 and I was “disconnected from server” at first I thought it was a glitch or error, but then I noticed I couldn’t load any games. After doing some research I learned that this was happening to a lot of people. Even famous streamers that have their own “activision contacts” I realized I was shadow banned for no apparent reason as I have never used cheats a day in my life. After contacting activision multiple times, it seems like I would get a copy and paste reply saying that I would have to wait till the security team cleared my account. After waiting 24 hours, my account was cleared (or so I thought) after I get 10 kills, I automatically get “disconnected from server” again, and I am shadow banned for another 24 hours. This is a known glitch happening to many other people, and I’ve tried multiple times to email activision and report this bug, just to get another copy and paste email thats completely off the topic of the issue I am having. I asked for a supervisor and was told I’d be contacted by one, to no avail. Today is 2/2/23 and I am still shadow banned. I’ve tried to play everyday since and the second I get over 10 kills I get disconnected. This game is unplayable and this issue is completely absurd. Please help me with this issue.

Desired outcome: I would like my account to be fixed since I have had it for 6+ years or I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the game I can no longer enjoy with the friends I have made over a 6+ year period.

Activision ShadowBanned

I have been playing Warzone 2.0 since release on my Playstation, but had finally got a PC that will run the game with good FPS. After my first game playing I only got 5th with 8 kills and then went to get something to eat. I then load back up Warzone 2.0 and then it takes forever to join a game. This happened to my friend recently also, so I decided to check my accounts status. Now it is under review for a potential violation, which is ridiculous.

Desired outcome: I would like this fixed ASAP as now I will be playing with cheaters and the wait time to join a game is insane.

Same here bro. I’m shadow banned as well. It’ll last for 24 hours, then I can Que a game again, and if I go over 10 kills, I’m shadow banned for another 24 hours. It’s disgusting. I’ve had this account for 6+ years and never cheated a day in my life, don’t even know how if I wanted to. It will show no penalty, and then if I go over 10 kills I will automatically have a penalty again on my account and not be able to play for another 24 hours. An absurd and vicious cycle.

Activision Warzone 2.0

Hi, Good evening Activison.

I am, Justine May Aguidan former Professional Player at Call Of Duty Mobile.

I Just want to clear out why i always get banned or "Shadow Banned" in Warzone 2.0, I just played the game like 1-2months ago sometimes i always get a high kills like 10 to 20kills because its an fps game im used to if because im a former professional player.

I'm using and subscribing in "Exit Lag" so my fps will not drop or get a red latency because sometimes I'm playing with my friends based in ASIA, North America. I'm based in Australia now.

I hope my shadow ban will lift because this is my third time. I always wall bang every house that's why each player i killed spectating and reporting me.

I don't want to get a unlock tool because i just bought my laptop ROG Strix 2022.

Activision Warzone 2/ Activision

I got under review 7 days ago.
I do not hack nothing.
I used afterburner a time ago but do not use it anymore cause my pc was getting too hot,
I don't understand why they took me out of this game just because people are mass reporting.
I played my account on max LVL, got all weapons gold and much platinum.
I spend much time for this game.
I don't understand how normal players who actually pay for this game (who don't cheat) gets banned for mass reporting, while streamers who get everything for free don't pay nothing gets reported 400 times aren't getting under review nothing.
I want my account back I won't let it go because I paid for this and spend many hours on playing all the camos and levels

Activision Account permanently banned for a few months with no way to contact

Hello, I am filing a complaint to have my account ban removed as I have been banned since october, and played warzone 1/mw2 loyally. I spent money in this game, had over 60 days played in warzone and more in multiplayer, I am not including my account details in here but I want to get in contact with someone as I can prove I was not hacking. My stats, camos, everything was legit and earned over a long time of playing. Someone please help.

Desired outcome: unban my account and offer an apology. Id appreciate a response as you guys just gave a generic response and refuse to overturn my ban.
