I fully agree with every other frustrated reviewer, if it were possible to give this company a negative score, I absolutely would.
Managing a chronic autoimmune disorder is already overwhelming. The last thing anyone needs is to deal with a company that is so completely disorganized it feels like no one has any idea what’s happening. The right hand and left hand are clearly not communicating, at all.
They push you to use the patient portal for medication management, but it’s practically useless. It does not reflect what is actually happening with your prescriptions. And do NOT trust the message saying: “Medication is in Pharmacist Review. We will contact you if there is an issue.”
Because here’s the truth: that message IS the issue- Incorrect/inaccurate communication.
When I call for clarification, the agents are stuck reading from a script.
“Do you want to speak to a pharmacist about missing a dose?”
No- I want to speak to someone competent who can explain why my medication has vanished into thin air and actually resolve it.
Then comes the exhausting runaround. Every person gives a different story about why a medication I’ve been taking regularly and using same Dr and insurance, suddenly “can’t be dispensed.” One representative says it will arrive on time; the next says it hasn’t even been approved. The inconsistency is unbelievable.
Accredo has one job: to deliver medication on time to patients who rely on it. They fail at that job repeatedly. Instead, they create stress, confusion, and unnecessary fear for people already dealing with serious health conditions.
Their dysfunction has real consequences. And patients deserve far better.
Recommendation: If at all possible DO NOT use this company as a pharmacy- it is the worst one I have EVER used
