Accredo has processed most of my medciation claims incorrectly. I have a high deductible and pain over $6700.00 4 months ago at which point I met my $7000 medical insurance deductible. They then tried to bill me another $1900+. My deductible is $7000 a year. I should never pay anyone more than $7000 a year. Yet Accredo thinks they should get over $9000. Last week, they refunded me the money I paid, without consulting me, reported this to BCBS who now shows I now haven't met my deductible. I've been at 100% coverage since May. I have asked for an itemized statement from 1/1/25 to date and have not received it. I repaid the money they refunded me last week but my medical coverage doesn't reflect that yet. Someone took it upon themselves to decide I needed to apply for financial assistance for the $6700+ I paid 4 months ago. When I called them, they gave me information on a foundation that has no funds available and I am on a wait list. No guarantee that I will ever get any money, however, If I do, I can submit proof of payment and get reimbursed. I now have to pay for an upcoming medical visit since Accredo's incompetence has BCBS believing I haven't paid them.

Desired outcome: I want to hear from upper level management. I want my account cleaned up and for BCBS to reflect the correct information with my deductible being met. I'm forced to us Accredo per BCBS, in a perfect world they would not exist.
